This place is very good!! The brisket baked potato is excellent. On my return trip I had the sausage baked potato, and I also had a hamburger. Food is fantastic, the employees are courteous, the restaurant is clean. I ate at the Alexandria and Pineville locations. Sometimes government shutdowns are good, I drove to/from Texas to avoid airport problems. Outlaw's BBQ definitely was a great experience.
Great smoked foods, awesome potatoes, a great stop at any time of day when you're hungry. Service is fine, there is usually not a long wait other than a line to the register at times. Take-out by-the-pound is a great deal if you're looking to feed a larger group. Overall dine-in atmosphere is mediocre at best. Bathrooms were clean. I cannot get over the fact that I really do not like any of their BBQ sauces. It is a shame, because that is a stable of a BBQ restaurant......
Our family of six eats here often after church, and it’s always a great experience! The dining area is spotless and cleaned promptly, even during busy times. The food is consistently delicious and always comes out fast and fresh. The staff is friendly, and the service is dependable — a wonderful spot for a good southern BBQ meal with the family!
