“Usually I have no problems but this time I ordered online for curbside pickup. It said ready in 20-30 mins. I checked in when I arrived 25 mins later. After sitting there for 7 mins I went back to my order, clicked on I’m here again & was prompted to call. When I called no one answered the phone. I literally was on hold for 5 mins before I just hung up & went inside. There was no one up front, 2 people were waiting, & when I was waited on I was told my pizza was in the oven. At this point it almost been an hour since I’d placed my order. If I hadn’t already paid I would’ve left after waiting the 7 mins when I first arrived. No apology for the wait, no offer of a free side item or a discount for discount. I’m usually very happy with this location but this time was extremely disappointed“
“Doordash order, so I can't speak about the building itself or the employees inside. I ordered a Tavern Double Pepperoni Pizza. Overall a good pizza, even counting the very crispy edge pieces. Very thankful for the pizza and quickness of preparation and delivery.“
