This is the worst Pizza Hut or even pizza restaurant in CenLa. The employees never speak to you and are extremely rude. I sometimes door dash and getting an order from here really ruins my day because I will wait in there anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour. They also mark their dashes ready whenever they still don’t come out for 30 more minutes. I’d rather go to literally any other pizza place anywhere.

The cinnamon sticks or whatever they are called had ABSOLUTELY NO cinnamon on them and were also hard. The pizza folds could have been better. I think that adding Marinara sauce would greatly improve the item and make it taste more like an actual pizza. Delivery was wonderful, polite, and on time.

I placed the order online at 7 PM. It said 59 minutes. I waited 17 minutes to pick up my order in the Pizza Hut and I know they were busy that’s why I always tip. The disappointment was when I got home. I ordered a original pan crust which came with an extra dollar they made me a thin crust pizza with barely any cheese And the boneless buffalo wings was so hard. It’s a shame. I tried to call to see if they would make it right and all I got was a call center and they didn’t wanna have nothing to do with what I was saying. And I love those employees they work hard over there, but they owe me food and the call center couldn’t help me with it and they wouldn’t let me get connected to the store, so I’m sharing my story. The original Pinecrest I paid for I never got it. I got some pizza with just cheese in the middle. Their pizza was Was so awful. I didn’t eat dinner tonight,
