Delivery guy was great pizza is better from the Walmart deli. No meat hardly any sauce. Pizza is basically bread veggies and cheese. BJ's hooks you up for $5 more.

The staff is super friendly, and I have to give a special shoutout to Latoya—she is always so kind and helpful. Her great customer service makes the experience even better. I used pickup. I called and asked for a pizza similar to BJ’s Full House. (Mainly assortment of ALL Meat, ALL toppings.) light sauce. Yup, the light sauce was the only right thing. There was NO Canadian Bacon. Couldn’t tell if it was HB meat or sausage and pepperoni with sparse green bell peppers, white onions and mushrooms. No black olives and not sure there was any cheese. Don’t expect a commonly known pizza place to even come close to a small town pizza business. Support BJ’s in Ball, Pineville and Alexandria.

Sickening experience. Walked in, sat down and someone came to take our order, a Meat Lovers with pineapple, along with black olives on half of it, and a cheese pizza. Ordered cheese sticks as an appetizer. They didn’t take any notes on our order at the table, seemed a bit confused, we were all looking at each other with uncertainty when she walked away.
My wife decided she was just gonna go to the counter to verify the order to be safe. When my wife got to the counter, the person who had took her order questioned my wife again to be sure what we ordered. (?) So my wife gave the whole order again. Glad we went back to give the order again.
My wife came back and sat down with the receipt, and I noticed on the receipt they had messed up what toppings went on the pizza. So both of us went BACK to the counter, waited on someone else to get free so we could talk to someone else, and asked them to please help us with the order.
Went back and sat down. Time goes on. No cheese sticks. Then the girl comes back and sets a stack of plates on our table saying “Y’all’s food will be out shortly.” I’m thinking the cheese sticks aren’t coming. My wife starts handing out plates, and to our sickening surprise, the third plate down in the stack is covered in about a half cup or more of Thousand Island dressing and scraps from someone else’s salad.
We all about gag, and say that is it. We’re just done. Bring the plates to the counter and tell them just let us pay for the drinks so we can leave. They gave us the drinks free, thankfully.
I am usually not picky at all with food or restaurants, and we had overlooked the slick floor with bits of food… but this is just an absolute failure of customer service and food safety as well. I normally love Pizza Hut in general, but for the sake of customer service and our health, we will *not* be back here.

Doordash order, so I can't speak about the building itself or the employees inside. I ordered a Tavern Double Pepperoni Pizza. Overall a good pizza, even counting the very crispy edge pieces. Very thankful for the pizza and quickness of preparation and delivery.
