Sickening experience. Walked in, sat down and someone came to take our order, a Meat Lovers with pineapple, along with black olives on half of it, and a cheese pizza. Ordered cheese sticks as an appetizer. They didn’t take any notes on our order at the table, seemed a bit confused, we were all looking at each other with uncertainty when she walked away.
My wife decided she was just gonna go to the counter to verify the order to be safe. When my wife got to the counter, the person who had took her order questioned my wife again to be sure what we ordered. (?) So my wife gave the whole order again. Glad we went back to give the order again.
My wife came back and sat down with the receipt, and I noticed on the receipt they had messed up what toppings went on the pizza. So both of us went BACK to the counter, waited on someone else to get free so we could talk to someone else, and asked them to please help us with the order.
Went back and sat down. Time goes on. No cheese sticks. Then the girl comes back and sets a stack of plates on our table saying “Y’all’s food will be out shortly.” I’m thinking the cheese sticks aren’t coming. My wife starts handing out plates, and to our sickening surprise, the third plate down in the stack is covered in about a half cup or more of Thousand Island dressing and scraps from someone else’s salad.
We all about gag, and say that is it. We’re just done. Bring the plates to the counter and tell them just let us pay for the drinks so we can leave. They gave us the drinks free, thankfully.
I am usually not picky at all with food or restaurants, and we had overlooked the slick floor with bits of food… but this is just an absolute failure of customer service and food safety as well. I normally love Pizza Hut in general, but for the sake of customer service and our health, we will *not* be back here.

Doordash order, so I can't speak about the building itself or the employees inside. I ordered a Tavern Double Pepperoni Pizza. Overall a good pizza, even counting the very crispy edge pieces. Very thankful for the pizza and quickness of preparation and delivery.

Went with my family to sit down and eat pizza. I was told by the man behind the counter that we could not eat in bc they didnt have a server until 4. There was an employee sitting in the lobby watching football and they obviously didn't want anyone in there. Only 1 car in the parking lot. This restaurant has been in decline for a while but I was shocked that they would actual turn paying customers away.

I have preferred this place for several years. But recently it has been terrible. Called in a simple personal pan order today and went to drive through and people were leaving and parking and having to go in. Bc nobody would even come to the window. I went inside and they literally have 1 table with 3 customers sitting at it. And I ask are y’all providing service at window. Having sat there 20 minutes and no one ever came to window at all! The woman/ girl raised her voice and said we are u see staffed and busy. I said excuse me but you could at least open the window and let people know your working on it or will be right with them. She continues to get louder and talk over me. And slams something on counter and walks to back. There were 4 workers standing around doing nothing. That didn’t seem short staffed to me when you have 1 table. And they were constantly ignoring the window. People were leaving. Never in ALL my life saw such aweful and rude service. And my little personal pan pizza was under cooked. This place needs some real workers with people skills and who actually care. And that rude one who waited on me, no name tag needs fired. I won’t be back here! Sad bc it used to be my grandchildren’s favorite place.

Pizza didn't have enough marinara sauce and very little cheese. It was so dry and not good. The girl at the drive through around 6:30 pm, Nov. 2nd, was AWESOME!!! Pizza Hut needs a lot more like her!

This place was great when we first ordered earlier this year. A few months ago, the quality has gone down considerably. We've ordered pizzas with pesto drizzle, but it wasn't added. When we called to complain the employee swore that he had personally added it. He then put the manager on the phone. The manager said, "I remember seeing that pizza. It did not have the drizzle!" We ordered again on Thursday. This time, the door dash delivered our order to the wrong address, after waiting almost an hour.
The toppings on the pizzas are quite skimpy and frankly disappointing.

I really favor pizza hut in pineville. My children adore pizza as most. The one in pineville off of 165 always has friendly service and our pizza is always hot. The pepperoni are always evenly distributed and the cheese perfectly melted. There's a perfect supply of sauce, never too much and never too little. I have spoken with the manager Alyssa on several occasions and find her work ethic to be superb, always friendly and always quick to resolve any type of conflict.
