Just wanted to drop in and say how amazing and helpful Tabatha and her staff. I went in last week needing a little help getting something for post workout. Tabby and her crew at pineville and alexandria location are great!! The fact that I can go in and tell them what I'm looking for and they direct me to the right supplements I need is so awesome! Im one if you haven't tried it then how can you tell me it works kind of people so the fact that most of the supplements there one of the employees have tried them and can give me the experience they had gives me so much more confidence in buying with them. Plus if you go in and they don't have what you looking for they can build you something similar if not better supplement! ?
Awesome smoothies they taste amazing super friendly environment also I definitely recommend this spot if your into fitness.
