ordered an 8 piece nugget, only got 6. ordered mashed potatoes as a side, got fries. ordered sweet heat & ranch as dipping sauce, got none. was told they couldn’t give me extra gravy for my mashed potatoes. ordered sweet tea as my drink, got the worst sweet tea i’ve ever tasted in my life and was extremely watered downwould give 0 stars if possible

I haven’t eaten at Popeyes in a while due to really bad services and food wasn’t that good it aways seem as if I had old food ? But today we we decided to eat at Popeyes and I’m not sure if they have a new manager or not but the food was amazing and so was the customer service the food was fresh and the atmosphere was Pleasant oh yeah bring back apple jelly

So, day before yesterdays experience at Popeyes in Pineville 28e location was beyond ignorant!I tricked myself into going to Popeyes in Pineville Monroe Hwy. today.Clearly Popeyes and myself can not have a consumer relationship.Sick n Tired of loosing my 30 min. lunch time to buying uneatable food.I was able to eat the two wings n part of the bisquit. The Breast, idk wth, same as 28e. Popeyes, The Breast was trash!Just disgusting! I'm done giving y'all my money in exchange for unedible food. ?

I stopped by here on the way to Monroe. I was exhausted and just needed a pick me up. Unfortunately I came in 30 minutes before they opened, but the manager seen I was exhausted and fixed me a meal. This is one of the best examples of hospitality I've ever seen. Great spot.

It was very clean in the lobby. The atmosphere was very intriguing . I saw members of the staff cater to an elderly couple. They checked on them frequently and made sure they had everything they needed.(not me though)I wasn’t offended because it gave a small town feel ( I know them feel) I asked for my food for dine in but it was packed to go(not a bad thing though) my food was kind of disappointing. My chicken breast was so greasy( like it sat at the bottom of the pan) that I could not eat it. The wing was good though . I also enjoyed the red beans and rice. They were super busy but still tried to clean in between orders. The way they worked together on that drive though was really nice . The team work was as amazing. They communicated well with each other and it looked like genuine support. I ended up ordering more food because I was so disappointing with the breast. There were no napkins or small lids out in the lobby.

LOL! We were traveling and stopped in for a quick bite the day after Christmas. Poor manager only had the cook come but believe it or not she handled it like a real trooper and we got our order and it was delicious!

Got off work, thinking to save myself time with dinner and just grab some chicken on the way home.Drive thru attendant explained adding a side would save $ on what I was trying to order. (3 piece chicken only)I (like a dummy didn't check my bag) got home (5ish miles away) open bag.I asked for 3pc chicken.I was charged for 4pc.I received 2pc.I had to go back and get it all straightened out. (They gave me the 2pc I was charged for!)BUTabsolutely no sympathetic reactions, pretty much, Oh you was given the wrong order, here's what we shorted you, ty, byeSo, I saved "NO" time to say the least and should have went on home and cooked my own dinner like I knew I should have anyway!
