If these people would listen at the drive thru, it would save alot of headache. I clearly asked for a #2 combo with sweet tea and a # 3 combo with sweet tea, I get to work only to find it got a 2 piece box, not # 2 combo. Have been trying for 45 minutes to get someone to awnser the phone. If businesses would make employees leave their phones in the car, service would be much better. I watched 2 playing on their phones, while I was waiting for my order. Horrible experience

showed up at 10:30 they told us they were “out” of sandwhiches and fries. they dont close until 11. then they said the kitchen was closed when we asked what they did have. then they said they just didnt want to put fries in the fryer!!!. female employee on 2/2 then screamed and cussed at us in the drive through for being there. despicable behavior. wont be back.

Asked for SPICY tenders but they didn’t feel like making more so they gave me already cooked COLD MILD tenders and cold fries as well. Also had to ask for sauce twice. Dr. Pepper tasted like carbonated water. Atleast their sweet tea was good but that’s because it comes done ready to go off the truck lol. So basically anything that requires a 10th of effort was disgusting. Popeyes is absolutely delicious unless you have bad employees.

The foods good but I wouldn't recommend ordering for delivery off of any app, four times that I've ordered delivery something has been either missing or I've been given something I never ordered WHILE still missing what I actually ordered, one time I was missing my drink, the second time I was missing two large mashed potatoes, and the third time I was missing another order of mashed potatoes and instead it was replaced with red beans and rice which, while it was good it was not what I ordered, last time I ordered delivery they had nothing of what ordered at all and from what I'm understanding I will not be getting a refund. I used to work fast food and when doordash orders, ECT, get placed the store gets to confirm the order or not. Maybe don't confirm my order if you don't have what I actually ordered in stock.
