Fantastic. My 7 year old dropped her plate and they were so unbelievably kind to her, even through her tears and embarrassment. The food was good, but this will be our new after church spot because of how they handled that. Lovely people.

The food was great. The service was, without a doubt, the worse I have ever experienced. We chose to order from the menu instead of getting the buffet. Big mistake. It took at least 45 minutes to get our meal. And we didn't get what we ordered. The couple with us, never got their food. They finally had to get their meal to go. The manager did refund their money. We won't be going back.

Came today for the first time and had the daily lunch special - beef tips over mashed potatoes. It was so incredibly good! Love the atmosphere, love music, and all the workers who greeted us. We will be bringing coworkers back for many more lunches!

Some of food was really salty. Salty from sitting being heated for hours. Definitely was some leftovers from during the week on buffet. 1hour and 50 minutes and still didn’t receive our regular hamburger baskets. Atmosphere was top quality. I wanted to like this place so bad.

I was excited to try Pop's Place but unfortunately my first experience was not good. I arrived & ordered take out on a Friday at 5pm, where there were only5 other customers seated inside before me. I did not receive my order until 6:42pm. I've been to mutiple establishments in so many states & never have I ever waited that long for takeout or dine in. Once I received my food I honestly felt the flavors were not worth the wait. Unfortunately everything tasted bland & the macaroni was dry. Sadly, I will not be returning. I did enjoy the live music & the concept of the environment. I would definitely recommend that at least have someone monitor the dining area for accountability of timeliness of orders,concerns of customers.

Food was good, very long wait for a few foods to refill and if u ordered something extra was a long wait. Was little expensive for the variety on Friday. Had to wait forever for boiled shrimp the guy kept saying 10 more minutes then it ended up being 45
