The absolute best donuts period!!! Their chocolate filled donuts, especially, are simply just pure perfection. And they have the coldest milk to make them taste even better. My husband is crazy about their apple fritters, though honestly, I don’t think you could go wrong with anything on their menu. And to top it all off, the service is so welcoming and attentive. Great place to kickstart your day!!🤩

Will not be returning to this location. We asked for a MIXED dozen doughnuts. First, it wasn't mixed, we got 6 sprinkle donuts. Second, every single one of the doughnuts we received were day old doughnuts. They were NOT made today. We went around 9am. I have eaten day old doughnuts before, and I can tell you they were NOT made today. I feel very disappointed because I thought Shipleys made their donuts FRESH DAILY. I guess they are cutting back on things because of the economy. Deceiving the customers should NOT be the solution. Do better.

This store will never have my business again. My husband and I came there for a half a dozen glaze donuts, 2 milks , 1 strawberry filled donut and 2 sausage kolaches. When we got home we realized that They only gave us 4 of the 6 glaze donuts. We called and talk to one of the employees, explained it to them and she said come back and they would give us the donuts. I told her it would be in the morning and she said she would have my name at the register. The next morning I came back and the employees basically called me a liar and would not give us what was missing. I do believe because I'm a black lady she thought I was lying. I do not have to lie for donuts ma'am sir. She made a mistake by not putting the full order in the bag. Mistakes happens lady and you made one. She was rude and ugly inside and out. I will not be back. My company will not be back as well.

Absolutely the best donut shop in Pineville. Biggest, tastiest donuts and holes. Had a runner at the window with cashier. I was in and out in 10 seconds with my hot donuts with a smile, a laugh, and no one ever takes the time to do this but let me have a preference in my mix dozen! I get donuts everywhere else in pineville, ball, Deville and creola area and my whole family absolutely eats and loves these the best. And don’t forget to get a kolache too! Yum! Thank you for letting this mama put a smile on my kids faces and coming home with the best!
