Absolutely the best donut shop in Pineville. Biggest, tastiest donuts and holes. Had a runner at the window with cashier. I was in and out in 10 seconds with my hot donuts with a smile, a laugh, and no one ever takes the time to do this but let me have a preference in my mix dozen! I get donuts everywhere else in pineville, ball, Deville and creola area and my whole family absolutely eats and loves these the best. And don’t forget to get a kolache too! Yum! Thank you for letting this mama put a smile on my kids faces and coming home with the best!

Here the last few times I've been there hasn't been hardly any chocolate in the chocolate filled donuts. Waste of my money I can just get glazed since over half is just plain donut!!!!!!

Horrible, horrible service, no management at this store at all so you can overpay for donuts and kolache and they won't give it to you in the bag. The drive-through is the worst service in all of Rapides parish. From now on, I go all the way to Alexandria to get my donuts and coffee because the Shipley's and Pineville is awful inconsiderate and they always have excuse why they mess up on orders every day they mess up. Oh she's new she just started this morning. It's sucks. It's pretty obvious that they don't know what they doing but without management you have no direction that's why I will never ever shop at this Shipley donuts and Pineville again twice I've ordered stuff and got home. They haven't given me the order in I paid for it so that's like stealing from customers I don't play that.
