Always horrible service weak management. Waited in a stall for 10 minutes, so I called in there and the manager who answered the phone had a attitude and told me that it was just two people in there working at one time, but I seen at least four carhops and I seen three people people out the door so your excuse not to serve me at all was it’s just two people working, the messed up thing about this situation was there were two cars on the side and they didn’t have a problem getting their food in and out to them I will never go to this ghetto food service again

Why is the customer service here so terrible?? They don't smile, they aren't nice, they're always rushed, and get openly irritated if you ask questions.. sketchy. The food is mediocre and never comes out hot, and the drinks are usually flat. I'll be going to the Sonic on Monroe hwy from now on.

So unprofessional. My order is wrong every time and most nights there’s no manager to correct anything. One of the girls working there asked if I was paying cash or card and I gave her cash and she wrote the manager’s CASH APP on the receipt?!

Ordered off the app when to go pick it up when I got there they couldn't find the order did not acknowledge that they found the order 20 minutes later I got the food had two medium tater tots could have made one out of them was supposed to be crispy chicken strip dinners was told no it was just combos when I got home the food was ice cold tater tots we're only half full cold and greasy this was the third time giving them a new chance and they failed when I called to complain about the food was told I'd have to call back and talk to the store manager there's nothing they could do about it would have to call in the morning to talk to the store manager in the won't be returning to this Sonic it's like they make the food before you get there to pick it up and it sits and gets cold and nasty will not recommend this Sonic to anybody if you read this people go to another Sonic please worst food ever incomplete meal March 8th 2024 at 7:00pm also no ketchup no napkins no mints
