Ordered a breakfast burrito. Because I used a fork so as to not eat the flour part, I opened to eat. It was absolutely disgusting. Only 3 small pieces of sausage and I don’t know what the dark spots and other stuff was, but it was NOT sausage.

We absolutely hate coming here. It's seems to be nothing but children working here all the time with no adult supervision. The last 2 times we've been here, it's horrible service. We just sat after pushing the button for service for 10 minutes and received no acknowledgement. But you have people standing in the window looking out at you. The last time we came, we hate to wait for over 20 minutes before we were rudely told that their systems were time. Just do away with this location. It's a waste of time and space.

I ordered mozzarella stick cos and didn’t get marinara sauce who in the name of all that is holy doesn’t give marinara sauce with mozzarella sticks??!!!!??
Always horrible service weak management. Waited in a stall for 10 minutes, so I called in there and the manager who answered the phone had a attitude and told me that it was just two people in there working at one time, but I seen at least four carhops and I seen three people people out the door so your excuse not to serve me at all was it’s just two people working, the messed up thing about this situation was there were two cars on the side and they didn’t have a problem getting their food in and out to them I will never go to this ghetto food service again

Why is the customer service here so terrible?? They don't smile, they aren't nice, they're always rushed, and get openly irritated if you ask questions.. sketchy. The food is mediocre and never comes out hot, and the drinks are usually flat. I'll be going to the Sonic on Monroe hwy from now on.
