Went twice last week both times order in the drive thru
The first time was about 9:50ishpm went and order 2 small drinks and it took about 7 minutes to receive them both and no they weren't busy at all. The worker ally was very rude and slammed the window on me
The second time we went was around 12:50 and once again we waited at least 10 minutes for two small drinks and the worker Crystal took forever and than rolled her eyes when I asked for my receipt
This place has definitely gone downhill since Chris left

Receipt says carhop Telina. I ordered 2 orders of mozzarella sticks for myself and coworker. We both needed 2 marinara sauces each, the bag had only 3. So I asked for 1 extra sauce and was told with attitude 0.27 cents. Ma’am I ordered one order of 6 & another of 8 mozzarella sticks. Just give customers a sauce!!! That’s great customer service, not going back n forth over 0.27 for 1 sauce that cost you nothing. This really upset me and then as we began to eat; The mozzarella sticks were dipped in grease to rewarm. They were not fresh by far, very stale and I am very disappointed. I order these always in Alexandria and never experience this kind of customer service. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE & NEVER AGAIN…

Ordered no onions. I'm allergic to onions. Guess what's on my smasher....yup onions.

Wish I had paused my life to check my order before going home. Now I'm out $13.59 for the burger. This is ridiculous.

Went here with our youth group, (17 people) and they were able to get our orders out but had a few issues. They worked hard to get everything cleared up. Only down side is about half of our kids got sick!

So we just left sonic on Monroe Hwy the car hop was amazing she was so polite and sweet the Manager on the other hand MR WILL took my order Got it totally wrong ! I ask to speak with him he did so many things wrong was so so extremely rude when the car hopper brought me back my receipt she was in tears he made her cry she was just a kid HOW DARE HIM !!!!!!! I have never seen anyone be treated are have I been treated that way by anyone in the fast food industry ! Sonic needs to do some evaluation of their managers seriously something needs to be done HE NEEDS NO STAR THE ONLY REASON HE GOT ONE WAS BECAUSE I NEEDED TO POST !!!! This is not acceptable and actions need to be took he does not deserve to be a manager AT ALL

Pulled into two stalls that were not working and I clicked the button to let them know that we were here with our mobile order, the lady over the intercom cut me off and then wouldn’t answer again. Went to the drive thru line and it wasn’t moving and can’t even get a refund because the app won’t let you without talking to someone. If it was going to be this bad then we never would have stopped here and this is the worst service ever! NEVER stopping here again!
