went on 2/5/26 ordered footling meal w tots double cheese w tots and cheddar pepper wait 20 mins they were out footling and instead of making fresh gave 2 regular in footling bun 1 tot ice cold 1 piping hot burger had at least 7 pickles and 2 handfuls of onions I ask for extra of neither call next day spoke mgr she out my name down said would replace tots and footling go back a couple days later young mgr comes tells me yes that's messed up but we don't have your receipt anymore I show her my receipt then I show her my call log where I spoke to the mgr she said she'd give the tots and footling then went in called the GM and came and told me I should have came withing a couple days well I libe in Colfax 20 mins away im not always in Pineville I think this is ridiculous considering we spent 30 dollars and almost the entire order was messed up and can't even get comped a dog gone hot dog an tater tot also side note kids don't make good managers

This Sonic has never failed me. I must have been here 30-50+ times in a several year span. Not one wrong order. Outside of that, you are getting Sonic. Do not expect some extraordinary quality of ingredients, it is a Sonic. But as a Sonic, it is a 5-star Sonic.

Workers try to scam you out of cash when you use the app, you show them you paid then the manager proceeds to scream at you and walk away with your food. Don’t recommend.

Ordered pickle tater tots and they were bland. Garlic butter bacon burger was bland, no flavor. Compared to the Sonic in Jena La the one in Kingsville (Pineville) is nooooo good. I won't stop again. 3 orders, received 2 napkins, 2 salt packets and 1 peppermint. Asked for ketchup and never got it.

I've never had a bad experience here. Yesterday we had the car hop, Miguel. From ordering he had an unpleasant attitude. Acted as if us ordering was an inconvenience. Anything else?! Anything else!? Anything else!? It really made me second guess ordering. When he brought out our food he also had a nasty attitude. It was borderline rude. He needs to realize guest service is the way he makes tips. I will return in hopes to avoid him.
