As I have rated Sonic drove inn a 5 star review in the past, I still rate it as a 5 star review. There are 2 Sonic locations that are superb . These locations are as follows: [1 ] Pineville, Monroe highway US 165. And [2 ] Alexandria, North Mall Drive. Each and every time I go to either location and my meals are hot and fresh!! Well seasoned burgers!! I will say this, when I want a GOOD hot dog with cheese... SONIC !!!! When I am in the mood for a burger / cheese burger , especially when it comes to a super Sonic cheese burger with chili only, then Sonic is the place where I want to be!!! If you have a problem with your order, they are quick to correct to your satisfaction. The above locations have always shown great customer service every time I go !!! Keep moving forward!!!

The woman in the drive-thru window had the worst and rudest attitude I have even encountered at a sonic hands down! I made a $70 order and then asked for more salt, pepper, and napkins she told me you have some in yo bag and closed the window in my face and the manager just looked away. Piss poor customer service. Not to mention she continually cut me off and rushed me while I tried to order. I won't be back

We ordered drinks for a bunch of teachers and the girls checked and rechecked our order, labeled everything and brought it out with a smile! Thank you!!

Ordered a medium strawberry slush with extra strawberries and a small mozzarella. It took 17 minutes to be brought out with only 4 other cars there. When I got my food my mozzarella sticks were cold and my slush had absolutely no strawberries no flavoring. Straight clear ice. Do NOT recommend this sonic. Then I sent it back and it came back the SAME food. If I could rate this a 0 out of 5 I would not a 1.

I somehow manage to pull in one of the stalls where the screen doesn't work. I guess that's my luck and my fault, for I could've moved. I ordered anyway then realized that I couldn't pay using my card at the stall because of the broken screen but regardless I received my food from my server who had an awesome attitude and great service but the food was not what I expected. The JR. Wrap was the length of my finger and was cold and that the Pickle Fries were just tiny shreds of hot pickle with a crust that was falling off, looked 2 days old, weren't chewable and tasted awful.

I usually love sonic. A few bites into my burger, I noticed some insanely long red hair. It was a very stomach turning experience and a waste of my food at that point. I couldn't continue to eat at that point.

I ordered a cheese stick. I told them we wanted a ranch, then the person taking the order asked ranch or marinara. Once again said ranch. We ended up not getting ranch. When we hit the button to get the ranch for our order, we get told we would have to pay for ranch. We needed it for the cheese sticks, so we paid again. I ordered a ice coffee and it had gone sour. It smelled like it had been sitting there since that morning and no one cared to pour it out and make some fresh or wash the container for a month. It was horrible. 1 sip and I had to dump it out. I usally like this sonic but the past few times the food has been over cooked or old in the afternoons. And some of the customer service ppl are just rude. I understand rules on sauce or whatever but if you fail to include it with the meal someone paid for then you should give them a sauce pack. That fifty cents they collect over that ranch ran off a customer. I'll go across the street or to 28 east if I need a burger.

I am not going back to this sonic. The last few times I've been here it's been awful but yesterday morning was it for me. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee, I was going to do partial payments and the lady insisted they can't do that unless it's a gift card when I've done partial payments at this particular sonic many times. So I never got my food. I was able to get my cold coffee and it was disgusting. I get sonic coffee quite often and it's usually great but this coffee was just gross. It did not taste right and I didn't even drink it. Mind you this is at 9:30 in the morning so it should have been fresh. Needless to say screw the lady that was at the window, she was rude with little common sense and I will not be going back to this particular sonic.
