This was the best sandwich I ever had. Everytime we come here there is always 1 lady working. Beth is the hardest working employee and makes the best sandwiches. Everytime I come in the store is clean and she provides the best customer service.

Pulled up open sign off thought it was closed then walked in thought it was empty. Guy was to my immediate left by window sitting and doing something on his cell phone. No greet or movement whats so ever. Then he finally got up mumbled what I wanted. I can barely hear him the whole interaction and he was mopping around. Def did not want to be working and no energy to serve customers.

Just keeps getting worse each time I go! I was behind one man ordering EIGHT sandwiches! The subway staff were obviously annoyed, understandable. But one explanation to him would be enough of how to properly place a large order during lunch rush. Also, your annoyance can’t spill over into the customers behind him. And is really to hard to make sandwiches that someone is instructing you on as you make it? Even that can’t be done right?! Don’t ask the customers “and what else” so rudely if you’re not paying attention. Tip for anyone going to the subway on 28 E, only say one vegetable at a time and watch to make sure it is done correctly. Mine was made wrong of course.

Way overpriced. Lot of money for a sandwich. You can walk into a sit down restaurant and get a full meal for about the same price, sometimes even less

The older lady who I assume is the manager was very rude when they didn’t have my pick up order from the app. She said it was an issue with my bank, but I know 100% that it wasn’t. She tried to gaslight me and insinuated that I couldn’t afford it. She said that subway would refund me (they never did after I reached out multiple times). This was a couple of months ago and I only bring it up because my friends have recently had the same rude treatment by the same lady. Please work on your staffing.

Well the food is okay and the prices are fine the people are absolute garbage. Every time I've tried to come to this Subway for the last week they've been closed even though their sign says that they are open until 8:00 p.m. everyday around 7:00 to 7:30 I go over there to try and get food on my break and the lady always says that she's not going to open the door back up and that she's done for the night. And she just sits there yapping away on her cell phone behind the counter until she turns off all the lights and leaves. Absolutely despicable Behavior she should be fired.
