Ordered a party pack of tacos. When I got home the tacos had maybe a tablespoon of meat. Four or five of the tacos had about five pieces of cheese. I'm talking about strings of cheese and four or five pieces of lettuce. The rest of them they didn't hardly have much more than that. Never will go back.

The line was wrapp3d around the building like always, so I went inside because there was nobody in line. 25 minutes later and I still don't have 4 tacos, 2 chalupas and a quesadilla and spend 30! When I asked, the cashier had to find my order on the screen and said they were working on it now...20 minutes later and I was the only one in the store. Needless to say, I won't be back to this one.

I normally don't hold Taco Bell to a high standard cause by fast food standards, you know what you're getting but both times we've gone there, we've been shorted food, never received a receipt and dealt with staff that seemed unsure what they were even doing. The guy calling the names for the order was mumbling the names and getting them all wrong including calling the name Tim out as Tayim until another customer asked him to spell the name and then called it out enough for people to know what it should've been. Tim left without a bag after asking for one 3 times and being ignored. We ordered a Caramel Apple Empanada and never received it and since we carried out and didn't get a receipt, they wouldn't give us our money back or give us another one.

Got there at 540 pm with 3 cars in front of me. Got almost to order screen with 2 in front of me.. now it's 608 pm and worked told the car at order screen that they were backed up but there was only 1 car in between the order screen and the window...

Ask someone for help and you would have thought I had ask them for a million dollars or to do their job. Got our food and it was not warm enough to melt the cheese Worse Taco Bell I've ever been to.

Purchased 2 combos. Fries were cold, nacho cheese cup was not even 1/3 way filled with cheese. Ordered items fresco none of it had pico, the Gordita didn’t have sour cream and the drinks tasted like they was watered down.

Nothing was separated and the fries and chips were all spilled in the bag 😡

You're almost required to put in your order at the kiosk. For me, it's not a problem, but for some elderly people who aren't familiar with technology, it may be too much along a hassle. The food is almost always correct and in a very timely manner. Depending on the shift you are dealing withbwill depend on the quality of service. I wouldn't expect much though!

I’m not sure who the dark skin pregnant girl is that has been working the window lately, but she is soooo kind! She speaks with such kindness through the drive through… since she’s been working the window our bag has had absolutely everything in it including NAPKINS! This has never happened until this lady. This isn’t the first time I’ve had her at the window which is why I had to come make a review. Lovely woman. Hard worker!
