Doors are supposed to be unlocked at 10am at 10:30 we arrived to the doors being locked, Noone would answer the phone. We like to eat inside so we can correct our order like every time we go. Went thru the drive thru and guess what. Order wrong. Takes a arm and leg to jump out on 28 just to turn back in. We are ready to give up on this place

Every time we order, either through door dash or in line there is always something messed up with door dash they usually forget the order like tonight for got the new street tacos. SMH… usually they only mess up the order through the drive though but on door dash they also made the safest burrito I’ve ever seen. Not even a tablespoon of rice and like no meat at all. I run a restaurant and I know how hard it is to have employees or build sales but consistency and having employees that aren’t high would be the best for your business.

Just left here and was waiting for over 10 minutes,I placed an order on the kiosk and after 10 minutes an employee asks can I help you and if i already paid with an attitude!!! I told her I placed an order and already paid,it's yall fault if yall ain't paying attention to the damn orders! Get it together people!!!Terrible service and I won't be coming back to this location!

Went to order. No one was at the front counter and THREE managers were in the lobby (appeared they was figuring out the a schedule) customers were all in the lobby and noone waited on them unless they used the kiosk.
Then if that wasn’t enough there was 2 disabled gentlemen in motorized wheelchairs and one of the managers was VERY rude and said “you can’t sit there that is the condiment counter”
The gentleman moved to another table and none of the workers that sat in the lobby offered to help the gentleman with the chair.
