Day shift can’t EVER seem to get an order right… HOW HARD IS IT FOR YOU TO READ THE SCREEN INSTEAD TOU DECIDE TO MAKE IT YOUR WAY. And this isn’t the first time. HOW HARD IS NO LETTUCE ON MY ONLY TACO??? I work in the medical field and if I screw up on the job it isn’t OK and easily fixable. When someone has a food allergy, we can’t just remove the lettuce that you put on there and eat the food therefore, my whole taco had to be thrown away. And I won’t dare accept free food because then I don’t trust the fact that I complained. Last time we dined in and I had to go back to the cashier every time I opened something that was not done correctly.There is a screen in your face that tells you how to prepare the persons food you might call this petty, but it’s harder your prices are pretty steep these days.So Taco Bell if you want to fix it, send me a gift card. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. This is the fourth time in a row during the dayshift that this has happened.

We had ordered for Delivery, and the Door Dash driver logged off and stole our food. The manager Justin was 10 ?'s of AMAZING! He sat with us, trying to figure out how to make sure we still got our food or a refund. He went above and beyond, and my family will most definitely continue to use this specific Taco Bell.

Came here after the dinner rush. Only a couple of cars ahead of me in the drive-thru and no issues getting my order.If I were to deduct any points, it would only be that the tortillas for my soft tacos were a bit tough on the edges. This means they are either going stale or need to be heated a bit.

Employees caught an attitude because I had to place an order for DoorDash then I asked if everything was there and they told me it was soo I leave and get to the customer and I’m missing a drink. Soo I call the store and no one answers the first two times. The third time they answered and started cussing me out saying that I answered and hung up on them and that I was harassing the store. Then refused to tell me their name and said they would get me banned from the store.

The workers are extremely rude if you try to order anytime past 11:00. Caught a major attitude right from the beginning then when I brought it to their attention that I had items missing they called me a lair. Terrible
