We usually go through the drive thru when we order and the last couple times the women at the drive thru window have been very rude. We went today around 5:20pm and it was our first time ordering the nugget party pack and we didn't know it came in the salad box so I mentioned this might not be our order and the lady at the window snapped at me and said "yes it is." And I apologized even though she was rude about it saying I thought that was a salad and she just kind of shoved the food at me and gave me a look. If you hate your job that much, leave instead of being an asshole about it.

Terrible experience customer service is completely out the window. Drive thru cashier had an attitude as soon as o get to the window no eye contact just tossed drinks to us. Not my fault that you work there. She’s the reason places go out of business employees can ruin it worst than anything. Never going back to this place and I will report this to anyone that will hear me.

Wendy's never lets you down. At least our hasn't. I go through the drive through so I can't tell you about the atmosphere. The food is fresh and delicious!!
Ordered on the app and picked up in the drive thru. Everything was correct and made neat and fast. They even gave us plenty of napkins and sauces.

We were in line for over 15 minutes in the drive thru and never moved up.. total time in drive thru was about 23 minutes! A lady 2 cars in front received 8 or more bags of food and waited there for every damn one! She should have been told or forced to move in a waiting spot and let others through... Better yet, with that much stuff she should have been courteous to others and not arrogant and ignorant to hold up an entire process during lunch when workers need to go back to work, only having 30 minutes for lunch!
