I’ve always liked Whataburger, but honestly y’all should have never came to Louisiana.
What I liked about the chain was the customer service, the appreciation for your business, and sadly this location is the worst in terms of customer service and experience I’ve ever been to. It’s in my hometown, and I rarely go, but today will be my last.
I understand that ordering kiosks are a new thing, and as I understand they are an option- not a requirement. I tried to simply order chicken nuggets and fries for my daughter and was tomb by the manager the kiosk is available, while 2 other employees stood there.
We waited and waited yet were ignored - so we walked out. Maybe I’m old school but I’m not coming to a restaurant of any kind to order through a machine, and if you require it, I’ll end my patronage. Call it what you will.
I hope these kiosks will free up some of your manpower requirements and hopefully will leave room to find a manager to represent your business with a smile; it’s one of your best qualities as a business and I hope you find it again.
I’ll stick to locations in Texas from now on.

I ordered a Whataburger meal and a Whataburger hamburger. It took a really long time to get my food. When it finally came it was so sloppily made, it was embarrassing for them. $18 for two poorly made sandwichs, french fries and a drink.

Lemme tell you, the #5 burger with guacamole and fries and Dr pepper and a small chocolate shake, amazing ....service was excellent by the store manager...I'll be back next time I'm in Pineville...
