All together bad experience from start to finish. The girl at the register had an attitude. We waited 15 minutes for our food and when the girl brought it, it was met with an attitude. When we opened our burgers they both had lettuce and onion (we asked for one without). I kindly took it up and said “I’m so sorry but the burgers are wrong we asked for no lettuce and onions”. The girl said “ it has the stickers”. No ma’am it doesn’t. Who i assume to be the manager on duty took it and made it. Then I heard the crew in the kitchen complaining that I was waiting for my food and said “stupid white people”. Absolutely not. Unprofessional and 100% racist. All I did was ask for my food to be corrected.

Caitlin Rose, the team leader upfront, absolutely unbelievable. I have been in the restaurant business for 50 years. I promise you she delivered the best customer service I have ever experienced. I got the hamburger kids meal, and she told me what was on it and then asked if that was good enough or would I like to have it dressed? So to speak. I was so impressed by her enthusiasm and pride she takes in her job. I’m sure you already know, but you are lucky to have her.
