I got the crawfish nachos and they were not hot so I returned them .I did not want my money back but without asking me what was wrong with them the lady manager said give her her money back and I said I would like to exchange them for hot ones.She came back to the window and said I am sorry I did not know the warming pot was off.She made me hot ones.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE CRAWFISH XPRESS!!! THE STAFF IS VERY NICE AND HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!! THIS PLACE HAS A VERY GOOD VIBE. NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT ANYTHING. CRAWFISH BOUDIN IS THE BEST EVER!!!!

This place is a must for seafood lovers. Their prices is reasonable and their wait time was Super fast. Everything we ordered was fresh and hot and we really enjoyed the overall experience while traveling.
