Well, where do we start? If you're able to wait 10 minutes for a hamburger, and after that they give it to you without your drink and you ask for ketchup and they have to go and get it and wait another 5 minutes then go here, I think it's easier to go to walmart and buy bread meat and cook your own, will be faster an healther

This mcdonalds is horrible when it comes to service. I paid 13.14 for two steak bagels at 10:06 I was waiting so long outisde in my vehicle with kids in the car. I had to get out walk in at 10:57 because I still didnt get my order. I asked for a refund didnt get a refund tell i went around back in the line. Horrible staff and management will be calling corporate about this situation. When i tell u im pissed im beyond pissed. Another right before i went in one of the workers told me they ran out of steak for the bagels and they still didnt come refund me tell i went back in line after they told me pull up to wait for my order.

Sat in line 30 minutes before I could place order.then they said they were only taking debit cards. Poorly ran place. That's ok ,leaders fried chicken is now open in donaldsonville.

Service is always slow. I had to park and wait for food at the drive through. This seems to be more often then not.
Was TOO slow for order placement. TooK order for other lane after we had been waiting 5 minutes to order. Kept bring told to "Wait". REALLY". SO WE LEFT! WHY HAVE 2 LANES OPEN THEN AND NOT TAKE FIRST PERSON IN LANE ENTRY ORDER FIRST ??!!!

I'm not sure what it is with McDonald's. I used to work in fast food years and years ago. I worked at a McDonald's. I worked at a Sonic. At both locations we had these reference cards that explain how to make what the customer order. That explain how much portions you would put in the order. There's this weird thing at McDonald's where you have your clueless McDonald workers and you have McDonald workers who have been trained how to make the iced coffee at McDonald's Yes you could easily go home and make an iced coffee by just putting ice and coffee in the cup If I wanted to do that I could do that. Which now I will do that. I've been to this McDonald's and they've made the thing correctly in the past. But it's not this McDonald's fault. This is an issue in many states. Either they are very insistent that you put caramel or vanilla. If not that then they're dumbfounded because they have no idea how to use the reference card. Then you have those that have been working there for years and they know exactly what it is that you're ordering. Which is on the menu it's not like it's on secret menu it's actually there on the menu. Today was the first time I was told well it's in the bag it's in the bag it's in the bag it's in the bag. I didn't order a coffee to make myself. I ordered a coffee that should have been made at McDonald's. I don't know what's complicated about that. You have a reference card you've been trained to work here do your job. If you don't know what you're doing ask questions. I even provided the answers but then I was still told it's in the bag... You think next time they're just going to give me the soda mixture and some water and tell me it's in the bag ? hey here's a cow kill it yourself and make the burger yourself... No if I want to do those things then I do those things at home. If I'm out and about and I want a coffee like for instance if I go to Starbucks they don't separate my drink and say it's in the bag for me to mix it. They actually make the drink that I ordered that was on the menu. Similarly that's what I expect when I go to a McDonald's. Again if you can't make the order then don't make the order communicate that order with your manager your lead or whoever it might be and ask how to make the order. Reference your reference card

Horrible place. Don’t see how they’re still open. Pulled up waited about two minutes no one came over the intercom, pulled up to the window and 3 girls are just talking it up having a blast. I waited another 45 seconds and nothing.

Do not go to this McDonald's. Drive to Donaldsonville or Brusly. Never have frappe's or ice cream. The fries were cold and soggy. Asked for chicken nuggets and gave me honey mustard when I asked for BBQ sauce. Gave them the honey mustard back and asked for the correct sauce, the employee took it and said we ain't got none. When I told them the fries were soggy and cold she rolled her eyes.
