I'm not sure what it is with McDonald's. I used to work in fast food years and years ago. I worked at a McDonald's. I worked at a Sonic. At both locations we had these reference cards that explain how to make what the customer order. That explain how much portions you would put in the order. There's this weird thing at McDonald's where you have your clueless McDonald workers and you have McDonald workers who have been trained how to make the iced coffee...
It's a hit and miss at this location after lunch time. Machines like the ice cream or shakes are usually broken. Food served cold. Some times they get it right and it's fresh served. Just not all the time.
You never really know what you will get at this location. Sometimes there is a manager there that you can see behind the scenes making sure everything is ran extremely professionally. If that manager is there and nine times out of ten everything will go smoothly. This is mainly in the daytime, fyi. The night crew however is usually out of everything, forget to put things in the bag, have attitudes, make the order wrong, etc. I hope that this helps in the planning of making sure...
