Went thru the drive through today. The lady was working drive through took my payment and was repeating someone else’s order as she handed me my order and I misunderstood her. She was very rude when she handed my order back to me. Very very rude

We at a power outage in our town Saturday night at 11 :00 o’clock and it didn’t come back on until Sunday at 11:00 o’clock Am. I assumed that Popeyes was open at 12:00 so I placed a mobile order. When I got there they was closed still and couldn’t tell me what time they would open. I asked how to get my money back and they said I had to go through the app. I reached out to customer service and I didn’t get any help or credit. I was told they was open but they wasn’t. I ask to talk to a supervisor but never heard back. Popeyes stole over 20 dollars from me. I go to Popeyes once a week but I will never go back because the corporation will call you a liar and steal from you.

It wasn't the best by far, it was 10:50 pm so closing time may have had a lot to do with it. But the lil guy who took my order did they. I was not satisfied at all tho.

This Popeye's used to be great. The customer service sucks. Their attitudes are so sad they make McDonald's look friendly. I hate getting told to back up behind the red pole only so I could fix their time in the window. I've worked in fast food so I understand the reasoning, but that is cheating and wrong. Thankfully I can say my food at least was right. Just so sad that a great legacy may die out due to sad customer service.

It is hard to imagine someone in upper management would be bold enough to alter the supplier and/or recipes that helped make Popeye's what is WAS. Stop the insanity of trying to give the public less quality and quantity while charging more. What a shameful departure from a Louisiana staple.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Instead of fresh chicken, I watched them throw already cooked chicken in the grease then tried to hand it off as fresh. The manager grabbed a piece out of my box with her bare hands then put it back saying she forgot. Horrible. Need to be closed down.
I ordered 6 wings sweet n spicy.. butterfly shrimp with mac n chz and sprite.. i got regular wings… popcorn shrimp and mac n chz that looked like it has been sittin since opening hours!! And i didnt get my drink.. employees did more talking about outside things than they did work and getting orders right.. definitely wouldnt recommend the plaquemine location.. just drive to port allen!! Its worth it!!

It is a real shame that i paid high dollar for a side of red beans and literally there was only 2 bites in there. It’s bad enough the containers got smaller and more expensive. At least y’all could fill the container. #
