Made a order at 8pm with DoorDash the person was there within minutes the person that was dashing my ice cream told me that they already cleaned the machine but was going to make my order any ways then I get a email telling me my order was cancelled 😡 I’m so not happy with sonic in Plaquemine

I went to this location on 8/11/2024 asked for two corn dogs freshly fried, drink, a burger no cheese, & tots (spent $19.10).The corn dogs was like they had been sitting there all day, the burger was cold & had cheese on it & the tots was cold & horrible! People spend their hard earned money at these place & get garbage.

Each time I come to this location the workers never greet you just takes your payment have you waiting at the window and don’t inform you that you’ll be waiting open the window give me my order I say thank you they never say anything just shuts the window that’s crazy it never fails

Stood out front at order board #19. Pressed the call button 4 times and was canceled out every time. 3 different employees walked by and dident even acknowledge me being there much less offer any assistance so I could place an order. I was in a semi, so I had no other choice but to leave and figure something else out for my juvenile son and myself for dinner.
