8/15/25 4:30p.m. Short light skin lady making sandwiches made two of the wrong sandwich I asked her to fix it and she snapped back saying I don’t have to have an attitude. Looks like she hates her job she should probably go find a new one my wife and I walked out

Horrible management. Always out of something. I go 2 to 3 times a week in the evening and they maybe have chocolate chip cookies 10% of the time. You think the idiots running the store would make more of what sells and not the other crap.

I placed an order online and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Those 15 minutes turned into an hour. It was a meal and I only got a sandwich.

I placed my order on the subway app and paid for it but, when I got to the store my order was not ready. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich with no tomatoes or onions. My sandwich hand a mountain of onions and tomatoes on it and there was no bacon. I was on my lunch break so I didn't have time to go back to the store to get it corrected.
