Sugah Rush Cakes & Confections

I ordered a cake from them because everyone was booked up. Me and the lady text back and forth. I gave specific details about what I wanted on the cake. I asked to confirm was everything good. This was in regards to how I wanted the cake to look and what should be wrote on the cake. The lady text back we are good. I get the cake today and they didn't write what I wanted on the cake. When I called and I asked what happened the lady replies it was a mistake we can fix it. There should not have been a mistake. I didn't want them scraping icing off the cake to fix it. The details of the order were confirmed. I won't be getting anything from them again. Overall the cake looked good. But the point of ordering a custom cake is to get what you want. I didn't get what I ordered.

I got my birthday cake NOTHING like the picture my mom showed them. Doesn’t have anything I wanted on it whatsoever. The only thing they got right was the heart shape.

I recommend Sugha Rush 100%!! My family loves their cookie cakes. Not only are they moist and delicious, they’re not thin like a normal cookie cake. These cookie cakes are about the thickness of a single layer round cake and their 10” cake is the perfect size for us! Trust me when I say that you won’t be disappointed with your purchase. I will never buy another cookie cake from anywhere else. My daughter requested I get her cake from y’all and loved the one I just purchased for her 17th birthday with pink and white roses along with glitter!!!

Very sweet donuts and sweet service! Definitely a tiny gem in the south, warm smiles and good atmosphere. Amazing job ladies!

WOW - Sugar Rush supplied all the wedding cakes for my daughter’s recent wedding and they all were amazing, absolutely amazing. They looked so fabulous and tasted even better. Guests couldn’t believe how great the cakes were and they were the talk of the wedding. Teddy, Josh, and the entire staff are the best - absolute best and the price could not be beat!!! Can’t thank Sugar Rush enough - such a wonderful experience. Don’t waste your time with other over priced cakes and bakeries, speak to Josh or Teddy for total satisfaction and one less thing to worry about!!!! Thank you Sugar Rush!!!

They should stop using the name sugar rush because it's nothing like the the original sugar rush owner's. The building is dirty and unappealing and they don't care how your food items are

Sugah Rush used to be the best! I recently ordered a cake with a corvette photo on top, and these photos usually cover the entire top surface of the cake! If it's a smaller picture, they usually outline the border with icing to hide the edges. This was horrible and Sugah RUSHED! When I called to politely address my concern 5/9/23 at 3:04PM, a lady told me the manager's name was "Josh" and hung up on me. Unprofessional, and I knew something would go wrong when she didn't call to say it was ready and I was Sugah RUSHED off the phone when placing my order before I could make payment. Good business gone down the drain.

I like the cake from here. Just wish they had more stuff

I took a star off because they were out of pineapple filling and cake decorating skills. At least they called and offered a substitute for the filling. The cake I received was fresh, moist, and tasted great!
