Every time I have been here there is something wrong with the order. Go to the one in Port Allen, this one is not worth it.

I went around 7:00 in the evening. When I received my order, the drink I requested was watery so I requested a different drink, The two girls at the window exchanged weird glances before giving me a new drink. When I actually received my order, my lettuce was so cold it felt like it was just pulled from a freezer. I’m not sure if that’s normal, but I’ve never received a taco with lettuce that cold so that’s just an observation. My quesadilla wasn’t cooked all the way and the cheese was not melted. Overall, the workers have a bad attitude and the food is not good.
Went to pick up an online order in the drive thru , wanted to place a separate order and they told me they cant take multiple orders in the drive thru at a time, politely pointed out I'm only placing one order as the other order is already paid for and says its ready , still waited 30 plus minutes on a couple burritos i had placed an order for over 25 mins before i arrived at the drive thru . Asked to speak to a manager to try to understand the logic of wanting me to go through the drive thru a second time for one singular item i wanted to add on , very rude, no critical thinking skills, seemed to struggle with the fast pace environment of a fast food establishment . Like, just hire people with common sense , ik its rare to find that in plaquemine but the stupidity and lack of logic left me absolutely astounded , just lazy and hoping people will be like oh nvm n leave . If you don't wanna work, DONT . QUIT .

The food here is permanently burnt. Old or just blatantly gross. Like it's literally taco bell. I love their poor quality food and you made it so disgusting and terrible I couldn't even stomach the food. Disgusting.
Last two times I went I got someone else’s order and it was no where near close to the value of mine. So check your food before you pull off

Do not go to this place. I ordered 4 chicken chalupas, meat and cheese only and x4 hard tacos, meat and cheese only. Then I was asked if I wanted sauce and I said yes. Almost $40 total.
Here is what I got: 4 chalupas with lettuce and tomatoes, 2 hard tacos seem to be old and 2 soft tacos with lettuce and tomatoes.
Oh, and no sauce. The receipt shows only 3 sauces were give, but not even 3 were in the bag. There should have been at least 8 sauce , on for each item.
Save you money and go someplace else. Trust me you can find a place with better food, better prices, and better service. They may have a new look, but the service is horrible.

I got the new cheez-it crunch wrap and to no surprise it’s got absolutely no cheez-it on it and service sucks. This place is just as good as any Plaquemine fast food restaurant. At least they don’t steal like Popeyes….
