If you have 15-20 minutes to wait for a drive through order to be filled, this IS the place for you if you're lucky. Cant comment on the quality of the food because we NEVER got it. Worker motivation here on a scale from 1 to 10 is a negative 27. It is obvious that they do NOT care ... so please stay home and simply close this place down. Overall horrible. Never ever never coming back here again b/c the customer is always wrong at this place !

Fast food is fast food, you get what you pay for but this is probably the worst fast food place in plaquemine. I waited 30+ minutes for what was supposed to be a 6 minute wait. I wasn't the only car that had to pull around. They were taking forever to make everyones food. I go in to get a refund and the manager starts saying that I have to call someone before the worker who rung me up offered to pay me back out of his pocket because he accidentally checked me out incorrectly. I felt bad that the refund came out of his own money so I gave him what I had in cash. I haven't needed a refund from this place in maybe a year or 2 and even then it was an issue with getting my money back. This place shouldn't be open until 2am. It was early 9:00pm when I came. I'll deal with the stank attitudes from the mcdonalds workers before coming here again. This place needs to shut down, the management is horrible.

No change given. Literally. They rounded up by $0.73 and kept it. Took 26 minutes to get 4 tenders and 10 nuggets. There was 2 people in front of me and they were only about to handle one person at a time. They messed up two orders and the people who ordered after me, got served before I did.

Came through the drive thru and standing by the back door was an employee smoking weed. Food was cold and the order wasn't right. This isn't the first time. I would rather drive my butt to Donaldsonville Wendy's or go to Baton Rouge. I see why there is never a real line there. I've called corporate and so has a few other's I know about this Wendy's. I'll stick with waiting in line at McDonald's.

Always get decent to great food and great service! Which is a shining gem among the other crappy fast food services. Anyways lately, things have only gotten better at this location! Taking the time to check the food quality, lettus and tomatoes werefresh, it's really the small things!
I really liie wendys but the past few times me and my husband have gotten wendys our nuggets have been hard as rocks . Super disappointing because i usually love wendys nuggets but these taste days old .

There were two cars ahead of me in the drive-thru. Every car when they got to the speaker had to wait at least 5 minutes for them to place an order. When I got to the window and paid it took another 7 minutes to get my food. Spent 30 minutes and the food wasn't even fresh. The french fries tasted hours old same as the nuggets and my junior bacon cheeseburger was missing bacon and drowned in condiments and was not fresh either. I'm not sure what they're doing in there but I will never go back. It's fast food and there's lots of other places around to get fast food. I'm a fan of Wendy's in general but this location is absolute garbage
