This was the worst snowball I’ve ever had. Do not waste your money. It was more like a slushie. My chocolate snowball with condensed milk on top lacked syrup throughout. When I pointed out the lack of syrup, the staff simply poured more chocolate syrup over it and said it’s a thick syrup, so there’s nothing more they could do. The experience was terrible—both the product and the customer service. It was slow and poorly handled. I will not be returning.

Great little place just 1/2 mile from downtown. Nice shady area with picnic tables to enjoy your snowball. They used the shaved ice from the block here, not crushed ice like you get in some places. (If you know, you know) They give ample syrup too. Very friendly girls working there. A+++.
