A car must’ve ordered at the window and they didn’t tell them to go around but any other time they me to go around so they can get other cars behind me! I’ve been waiting here 20 min behind this car at the window to pick up my order that was placed 45 min ago.

I just left this dominos location in ponchatoula Louisiana and had a very unpleasant experience. I waited at the drive up window for about 8 mins and no one had came to the window so I rang the bell to get someone to come assist me with my mobile order. The female worker came to the window, I told her my name and she told me the order total. I handed the worker my debit card and she closed the window with my card in her hand and walked away for well over 5 mins. I then rang the bell again to get someone to come to the window to ask why she took my card for so long and she acted as if that was normal procedure and I should be okay with her taking my card and doing what she wanted to do. I then ask to speak with a manager and at that time she tells me she is one of the managers and that she was there alone. I tell her I no longer want my order and I want a refund. She then tells me okay you have been refunded, at that point I ask for a ticket or receipt showing I had been refunded. I ask to speak to someone over her and she tells me I can just call back at another time. As I'm pulling away from the drive up window I see a male worker in the building with her, so she wasn't in fact alone. And I have now had to cancel my debit card and ordered a new one!

I am extremely impressed with the customer service. I ordered a Buffalo pizza with a special of 50% off. When I got home, the pizza was made incorrectly with Alfredo sauce and no Buffalo sauce. I should have brought it back when I opened it, but I was really hungry I ate a few pieces and brought it back to show them. I talked to Brad, an employee who apologized and made me another pizza without any hesitations. He was extremely polite with a nice demeanor. I work in a resteraunt myself and was glad he treated me correctly!! Brad is an awesome employee!

Ordered pizza at 6, arrived at 6:40 to give them more than enough time to make it. When I arrived I was told 10-15 more minutes which I thought was odd but I said okay. So I returned after 15 minutes just for them to tell me 20 minutes. Then once questioned it, worker was rude and caught and attitude saying they got a lot of pizzas.

I love dominos. I don't know of another place that does a pizza that tastes half as good as the Wisconsin 6 cheese and it pairs perfectly with the Alfredo sauce. I also love that they have a gluten-free crust as an option, so my husband isn't itching like crazy and still gets to enjoy pizza. The prices are fair and the lava cakes will send you over the edge!
First I want to say that I have never written a review and posted it before. Well I will try to express my feelings about this new Dominos pizza place in Ponchatoula without using the words I have been muttering out loud in my own home. Tonight is the second time I have been disappointed with this particular dominos. First I tried to place my order online with their app which took over 15 minutes after which having network error appearing with the phone number to place an order on my screen. So I hit the number provided on my phone screen and place my order. Since the person on the phone was not that easy to hear I asked her three times what she was saying to make sure she had my order right. Well someone at this point does not read clearly or hear clearly Bc of course it was wrong. In the garbage it has went and since this is the second time this dominos has been a screw-up I decided not to call and complain but rather write a review because I believe I’m too angry right now to talk to anyone and it’s pointless anyway since I have lost my appetite. I will not have a problem deciding what pizza place to go to the next time I want pizza that’s for sure!!!!!!! I
