Everything was wrong about this place. First… drink came out in a glass that had dried food on it. Then my husband’s food came out first and I waited 10 minutes to get mine. Then they didn’t even give him all the food that was suppose to come the platter. And honestly the food was disgusting. And extremely over priced. We were so disappointed and I’m only leaving an honest review to help others. We would recommend this place or never return.

Look, I'll say it like this. If this place ever shuts down due to lack of business, i will be very upset. They're very willing and patient to answer questions, and this is easily the best fried rice in atleast a 50 mile radius. The honey walnut was excellent. The lady that i assume is the owner recommended apple pie for desert, and man. Its apple pie. Its good apple pie. At the end of the day.. its apple pie. Yall are a great addition to ponchatoula and I'm happy to finally see a clean and delicious place set in this location. (Come on, Bootsy's). I'll be back.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Manila Cafe, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely phenomenal !!! Every bite of my ribeye steak was a delight to my taste buds. Each side dish was clearly made with great care and attention to detail, and the portions were generous. The service at Manila Cafe was warm, welcoming, and attentive. From the moment me and my friend walked in, they made us feel like a valued guest. The servers were knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations based on my preferences. Even though the restaurant was very busy, the service was outstanding and prompt, I never felt rushed. The atmosphere was nice and inviting, an open floor with great music. Whether you are there for a casual meal or a special occasion, the vibe is relaxed yet vibrant, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a meal with family or friends. Manila Cafe is a hidden gem that I cannot recommend highly enough. If you are looking for outstanding food served with genuine hospitality in a warm and friendly environment, this is the place to be !!!! I am not a review type person, good or bad I keep it to myself. Today i wanted a salad, I looked online and places in town that offered chef salads. Found this place, I did not expect to be impressed. The server was polite, friendly and pleasant. She appeared to really take pride in helping. After making it home with my takeout order, I could not believe my eyes .. this may very well be the prettiest salad. As I dug into it the taste was overwhelmingly delicious. They truly elevated the chef salad to perfection!

I RATED A '4', ONLY BECAUSE I"VE ONLY TRIED 2 DISHES & SIDES, IT'S MY FIRST TIME HERE, TAKE OUT. THE PICTURES DISPLAY A VERY NICE DINING AREA. I HAD ENCHILADAS AND MY PAL HAD A SHRIMP FAJITA. THE ENCHILADAS WERE DELICIOUS, GREAT, TANGY RED SAUCE. BEANS AND RICE WERE FLAVORFUL. RICE HAD POTATOES, I'VE ONLY ENJOYED THAT MIX IN BRASIL. SHRIMP WERE VERY GOOD. AND IT WAS LARGE SE RVINGS, ENOUGH FOR ME TO HAVE 2 MEALS. I HOPE THIS RESTAURANT HAS GREAT SUCCESS.

Absolutely, HANDS DOWN, the best restaurant I have ever been to! If you were to ask me what I recommend I would say the whole menu because everything on it is fantastic.If you’re looking to quench your appetite this is the best place to do it. Me and my friends go there all the time and let me tell you the food gets better every time. They also have live music and it’s always fantastic quite literally music to my ears. The service is great I haven’t had a bad experience yet. I recommend going there if your ever passing by.
