Couldnt even eat my food. Got a roast beef poboy with onion rings. As you can see in the picture this is how it came. Looks like it was just thrown in the box. This is supposed to be a whole poboy. Couldnt even eat it due to the bread being a goo consistency. The sandwich was basically sitting in a bowl of juices from the beef. I dont even live 5 minutes from the place so there is no way it shouldve gotten like this. The onion rings were also burnt but soggy. Which i didnt even know was a thing. Just threw it all away. Dont recommend.

The walnut shrimp was outstanding—perfectly crispy, lightly sweet, and coated in a creamy sauce that didn’t overpower the shrimp. Each bite was fresh and flavorful, and the walnuts added the perfect crunch. On top of that, the customer service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a dish worth coming back for!

We stoped on our way back home from Florida, it was all of a random choice. We were glad to find it. The owners are sweet and make you feel at home. All our food was tasty, freshly cooked and we felt like eating home food. Some dishes that we tried were potato soup, catfish, spanish rice, stir fired cabaage, etc. Portion size are good and proced right, definitely will visit again if we are on I-12 again.

I ordered the Fried Fish for lunch that was $14.49, it came with 4 small pieces of fish, 3 of them were a little bigger than a fry and 2 hushpuppies. It was cold and I live 6-8 minutes from the restaurant. The bacon on my husband’s burger was almost raw. The fries were crunchy in the middle and cold. The house special fried rice was hot but really has no flavor, very bland. Was not worth the money in my opinion and this was my first time trying the place. I will not be back.

Cheeseburger was big and awesome 👌. Hubby got the yum yum shrimp 🍤 and I just had to try. I normally don't eat shrimp bc of a shrimpy taste but the yum yum shrimp was delicious 😋 👌

Fantastic food! We've been there a few times and everything is really good. The fried rice is the best I've ever had. Food comes out a little slowly, but you can tell it's because they cook it fresh. Its worth the wait.

The food here is decent—nothing to rave about, but generally satisfying. Unfortunately, the overall experience is dragged down by consistently slow service. Take-out orders that are quoted at 20–30 minutes often turn into 45 minutes or longer, which can be frustrating if you're on a schedule.

The venue itself also feels cramped, especially during live music events. It simply doesn't have the space to comfortably handle a crowd, making it hard to enjoy either the performance or your meal.

This place has potential, but there are some key issues that need attention—especially when it comes to service speed and space planning.

The three or four times I’ve been in there they’ve got great food. I’ve tried several different things and I love the atmosphere and the people that worked there really really sweet and food is really good surprisingly for a little small café. I got a home field and the cooks and the people really know what they’re doing
