Sat at the speaker for a mobile order for 10 minutes and got no response, pulled around to pick it up and got told to go back to the speaker. Even when more than half of your job is done for you, you still fail at it. Embarrassing.

Worst McDonalds I’ve been to in a very long time. I ordered a happy meal with a small fry. When I grabbed my order I didn’t realize they left out the small fry so I pulled back around and went inside. Then when me & my daughter gets home she asks me where’s her toy. Not only did I almost get cheated out of a $2 small fry, but my daughter didn’t receive her happy meal toy. To say its on a main highway I would have thought the service would have been way better.

Every boy they give the worst treatment and service, I don't understand why the employees are like that, if we are all going to buy and enjoy the food, if they give good attention to the customers, it is a gain for both of us, how sad that there are people like that 😞

I have never ate here but I do doordash every now and then and the service here SUCKS at night. I have never had a successful order. The people are rude and the orders are always wrong and sometimes the bags are ripped.

The drive-thru line is always slower than other fast food locations. I was asked to pull in a reserved spot and waited an additional 5 minutes. I drive back to work without going through my order first (yes, I should know better). Received the incorrect order. This time I decided I'll go back to McDonalds to request the correct order. Well, the doors were locked at 12:10pm. Waited about 5 more minutes in the parking lot and still locked. Decided not to wait another 15 minutes in the drive-thru line. Instead, I'll just go to any other fast food place in Ponchatoula or Hammond in the future.
The lady in the drive thru needed a hug very badly , she was the rudest person on August 24 , 2024, she was so rude that I couldn't allow myself to be rude back and she was a Manager at that , The time was about 3pm , you could hear her being rude to the employees at that , stop bringing your personal life into work.
