We decided to order pizza and have it delivered since we've been on the road all day. Big mistake, we ordered and it said our order should be delivered by 7:15. Well when we checked the app it said it was with a door dash driver but they were just sitting at the restaurant so we called, we were assured our order had left and should arrive any minute. 20 minutes later nothing, we call back and they have no idea but can quality control it whatever that is, and have it sent out again. We decided that was just going to take too long and we would drive to pick it up. When we arrived the pizza is incorrect and we have to wait yet again. Not a good experience at all.

Was so disappointed ordered this pizza for my gf on Valentine’s Day she is a truck driver so she can’t leave her truck to get food and her pizza arrived burnt I called door dash as well a papa John’s and only thing door dash offered was a 5$ credit I didn’t even ask for a refund only for the pizza to be remade and yet no one could help me!!! This is ridiculous on both ends!!! Like she couldn’t even eat the pizza it’s literally black on the bottom.

I ordered online and showed up 15 minutes too early but I went in anyways to see how far along my pizzas were. I was immediately greeted and told I'd only need to wait about 4-5 minutes. I waited in my car. Before I had a chance to go in, the kind employee that greeted me had already come out with the pizzas! We haven't eaten them yet, but they look and smell amazing.
Waited 2 hours for one singular pizza and when it was almost here, the driver, Mckenzie simply just drove back to the store and canceled our order. No call, no text, no knock at our door. Just not the service we’re used to from papa john’
The pizza was great, however being charged 4.99 for delivery is ridiculous. I had a 12.99 coupon and it was still 20.00. I won't be ordering again.

I'm not a huge fan of Papa Johns pizza normally. The other local locations just do not make the pizza the way its ordered no matter how many times we order. This location? 100% accuracy! The pizza has been SO good. I wait to review to see if it's a one off but not here. My pizza was exactly what I ordered. Thank yall for all you do!

Been getting the same pizza for 5 years and has been the best pizza I have had in my life. but today Jan 29 2023 was the worst pizza, payed 41 dollars and ended up in the trash, no cheese, no taste, price a was 10 more. Goodbye papa johns.

$22 is too much to pay for a messed up pizza. Not only did they not put extra cheese on our pizza as requested, they only put cheese on half the pizza!!! Half of our pizza didn’t have any cheese on it at all! We didn’t pay for just crust and sauce! This is the second time this has happened and we will not be ordering from ANY papa johns again.
