Terrible uncooked wings couldn’t make a personal pizza right

Nastiest item I've gotten from this place. I got the pepperoni pizza melt. It was hard, tasteless, and burned. Never again will I get this. My wings were good. Drink I wanted was out of stock. Other than that, Service was standard for the chain. Acknowledged me quickly. Wasn't super friendly but kept me posted on my order. Order was ready a few minutes after the scheduled time but no worries there

I placed an online order at 8:00 PM, only to receive a call immediately after saying the store was already closed. Online clearly shows the closing time as 9:00 PM. When I mentioned this, the employee said, “No ma’am, the store closes at 8.” This was very frustrating and inconvenient. On top of that, this location is only operating on weekends now. If it can’t maintain consistent hours or service, it might as well shut down completely. Very disappointing experience.

I ordered 2 pizzas and a desert ($44.10) for delivery. They said it would arrive by 5:28. At 6pm I called and they said it was delivered. It wasn’t delivered. They checked and it was given to door dash, which I do not even have the app for and I refuse to use. They say they will have a new order delivered in 15-20 min. 1/2 hour to 45 min later I called asking where my food was and they said “sorry we got busy.” I cancel the order as it’s been over 2 hours at this point. They couldn’t do the refund because they didn’t know how. They said the district manager would call at 10am the next day because it went through door dash which was their doing not mine. By 10:15 no call from anyone. I went there at 10:30 and the employee had to call the district manager and be walked through the process. I got my money back finally. But I will never order from PizzaHut again and a 1 star rating was far too generous.

Phenomenal customer service. Less than 15 minutes from online order to pickup. Stuffed crust creamy garlic Parmesan pizza was awesome. I will definitely be back. Absolutely loved the food and service.

This Pizza Hut totally screwed up my order. I ordered a personal pan pizza, baked wings, Alfredo pasta, apple pies and Cinnabon dipping sauce. The only thing I got that was correct was the personal pan pizza and the apple pies. I did not get the wings, pasta, or the Cinnabon dipping sauce. When I called and requested a refund, I was told that I would have to call Door Dash to get the refund. I called Door Dash and they told me that Pizza Hut would have to issue the refund. This store doesn’t know their ass from a hole in the ground. I will NEVER order from this Pizza Hut again.
Great courtesy and hospitality! The employee seemed to be working alone, but he was handling his business.

We waited at least 30 minutes for our order AFTER the screen said it was ready. By the time we received our food, it was dried out and barely any toppings. The wings "sauce" melted completely off. Paid about $55 for hard, cold, crusty pizza. The manager was going to give us a discount for cinnabons that we didn't have. When I told her we didn't have any of those, she took my receipt to go find my order. She came back with the other 2 pizzas. The other pizza and wings were in the warmer up front. When I asked her about a discount, she wanted to know what was wrong with my order. How long were my other pizzas just sitting back there? Everything was dried out and disgusting. No one wanted to eat it. It taste like card board and they weren't even cut all the way through. She said she couldn't give me a discount or refund, but she could give me a credit. I don't even know how much it was for or if it even went through. I paid in cash. She said it is connected with my phone number. I'm not satisfied. We will never be back to this Pizza Hut.
