The workers here are really sweet and Very helpful. They are patient and will take their time to help you decide on what you want. I was impressed by how clean the store is.

The coffee here is alright. 7 brew gives you a larger cup of coffee for less money. My main complaint is the app don't work right for Ponchatoula and not opening till 7 on the weekends is stupid. Infact it's 6:20am now and I guess I'm going to 7 brew.bc they are closed.

I absolutely LOVE PJ’s and being a Ponchy resident I was thrilled when I found out they were opening this location. I frequent the Ponchy location A LOT. With that being said, they always burn my bacon egg and cheese biscuit so now whenever I want coffee AND breakfast I tend to drive over to the Hammond PJ’s or Starbucks. This has happened at least 4 or 5 times most recently this morning. I still think this location is A+ for service and coffee quality. I’ve had the delicious beignets and the bagels with no issue but for some reason they always burn the biscuit lol.

Have you ever had the pleasure of not sleeping well and needing a pick me up in the morning? I did this morning and I thought coffee sounded good and that's when my day took a turn for the worst. I went to PJ's and ordered a coffee, hot chocolate, and beignets because I was already there.Why didn't the advertisements got me. The intercom was how intercoms always are nothing too much to write about but my order was repeated back to me correctly. Now answer me how did my entire order get messed up between ordering and pulling up to the window? Somehow half of my order, which was repeated back to me correctly, was missing and I had to do another transaction at the window. I was then told to pull forward and after waiting for 15 minutes I went inside to see what happened and my order was given to a random person inside of the restaurant. Seriously not even Taco Bell could mess up an order this bad

I’m in grad school and I frequently visit the Ponchatoula location usually 2-4 times a week for hours at a time as I’m studying. I love the place. My coffees are always great, employees are great to me. I would have said 5/5 ⭐️ but I only wish they would bring back the music. I originally chose this place bc I loved the country music they played every day, however the last several times I’ve been there has been no music at all. That isn’t reason enough for me to not go though, it’s still my shop of choice.

Bacon biscuit was gross, and my southern pecan velvet was not made correctly… we didn’t even get to put a phone number for points… this is by far the worst PJ’s in Hammond.

I went to Pjs yesterday drove around it was closed, the sign said see you again tomorrow at 6am. So I came back at 6:30am the following day and no response, so I drove to the window and the person in the building just looked at me like why am I here, unwelcoming. So I googled to see what the website says and it said Sunday opens at 7am. So I called inside to be sure, because the sign said one thing and the website says another but I know I how that can be sometimes and it is a coffee shop. When all she had to do was come to the window with customer service or say we don’t open until 7am. The comments are right, most of them are rude.
