I went to Pjs yesterday drove around it was closed, the sign said see you again tomorrow at 6am. So I came back at 6:30am the following day and no response, so I drove to the window and the person in the building just looked at me like why am I here, unwelcoming. So I googled to see what the website says and it said Sunday opens at 7am. So I called inside to be sure, because the sign said one thing and the website says another but I know I how that can be sometimes and it is a coffee shop. When all she had to do was come to the window with customer service or say we don’t open until 7am. The comments are right, most of them are rude.

So far this is the best coffee shop I've ever been and it's around the corner from our home!Friendly staff and delicious pastry, the beignets is our favorite, cold and hot drinks you must try. Don't miss it.

I recently went to this PJ's location in Ponchatoula, I have never had a problem with my granita orders, but on Sunday I ordered an x-large when I finally got situated on the road and picked it up it was the worst sight I had ever seen beforeI had gone to another PJ's to replace it and asked if they knew the problem and said the machine was possibly too low and needed to be refilled...I had to be back at work so I couldn't return my coffee in Ponchatoula and I had to pay for a new one...1st time ever in 30 yrs that this was an awful experience so I'm posting this so you can be aware that somethings get overlooked and I'm not going to let this bad experience overshadow my wonderful coffee experiences I have always received ♀️
I've done drive-up a lot at the Ponchatoula location. So far all my coffee's have all been great and the crossaints here are way better than other locations! Only once did it take a while because they were short-staffed and they even had a sign letting drive up know. I LOVE THIS PJs!!!
