I wanted to order the 12 piece family tenders meal bc I saw the ad on the window on my way to the drive-thru. When i tried to give my side choices I was told it only came with fries. When I asked if I could upgrade the drinks to lemonades I was told that wasn’t an option. While we were waiting, my husband went around and took a photo of the ad- turns out you could do all of those things he said we couldn’t. When I told the guy at the window about this he was EXTREMELY rude. We had also ordered 5 pies- which they were out of, but somehow my total only went down $2 when he “took them off”. He also tried to argue with me that I asked about upgrading the drinks to larges- which is incorrect. He didn’t give me a receipt, so I couldn’t submit an online complaint, and no one answers their phone. And to top all of that off, our 12 piece ended up only being a 10 piece. I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY HERE AGAIN.

This Popeyes is horrible. Chicken was undercooked, cold, and chewy. We were missing over half of our order. Do not order from these people. Horrible!

So let me ask this. How hard is to get an order, say you got it and give that person the whole different order? I let it go I ate the food even thought wasn’t what I ordered for obvious reasons. But I would never buy food at any Popeyes again because that’s not the only location that does that. Bet if workers there go somewhere else and they mess up their order they’ll be upset and causing drama. Pretty much I got charged for some items I ordered and got smaller got robbed I guess but never again.

By far the worst service and rudest people of any restaurant in the area. The manager was slamming people's food on the counter, ignoring people waiting to have their orders taken. Worst Popeyes by far in the area. Half the time you can't go inside because doors are locked. Won't be going back. Do not recommend

Order a 12 PC signature family with mashed potatoes and gravy and fries missing a leg from the chicken and they gave me red beans and rice instead of mashed potatoes Noone in my household eats red beans so we're unfortunately 1 side down 🙃

Went there for lunch. The woman at the window was extremely rude. Food was sub standard, especially the portion for what I was charged. Food tasted like it was sitting for hours. I'll never go to this location again!!

Gave me two spoiled mashed potatoes and gravy and spoiled, red beans and rice and proceeded to give my second order to me for free. It had me pay for my first one. And proceeded to not get receipt and I’m pregnant that is not okay
I’d give it a zero if I could. Cut me off in the middle of my order and had to wait even longer to finish ordering. Got to the window, asked me if I had a completely different order.. only gave me one of my drinks until I mentioned it. Asked me to pull up & I waited another 10 minutes. Get home with the food and half of the order is missing. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo. Got the drink and the fries.. the sandwich? Didn’t get that. Ordered a 12 SPICY wing. They aren’t spicy. Ordered a number 5 for myself which is a 5pc tender. Wellllll I got 4. Asked for spicy got regular. Not to mention the manager was loud with the window worker saying she’s over on the clock. Girl calm down she could barely take my order

Absolutely horrible service in the drive thru. The menu board was not working and completely black. The customer service personal was yelling at us what sides we wanted. Then screamed at us. We d not have Popeyes where we live so we do not have Popeyes so we did not know what the sides are. And when we get to the window….it was the manager! Wow!

I’ve tried calling and they don’t answer then it goes busy. The girl at the register was not properly trained and should not have been on her own. She messed up my order several times. I was very unhappy with the service.
