I’d give it a zero if I could. Cut me off in the middle of my order and had to wait even longer to finish ordering. Got to the window, asked me if I had a completely different order.. only gave me one of my drinks until I mentioned it. Asked me to pull up & I waited another 10 minutes. Get home with the food and half of the order is missing. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo. Got the drink and the fries.. the sandwich? Didn’t get that. Ordered a 12 SPICY wing. They aren’t spicy. Ordered a number 5 for myself which is a 5pc tender. Wellllll I got 4. Asked for spicy got regular. Not to mention the manager was loud with the window worker saying she’s over on the clock. Girl calm down she could barely take my order

Absolutely horrible service in the drive thru. The menu board was not working and completely black. The customer service personal was yelling at us what sides we wanted. Then screamed at us. We d not have Popeyes where we live so we do not have Popeyes so we did not know what the sides are. And when we get to the window….it was the manager! Wow!

I’ve tried calling and they don’t answer then it goes busy. The girl at the register was not properly trained and should not have been on her own. She messed up my order several times. I was very unhappy with the service.

We were given a USED, DIRTY plastic knife with our meal instead of any spoons for our mashed potatoes. The drive-thru lady yelled at us after we were told to move forward to wait. The sandwich we got is completely inedible and HARD, like it was hard fried from frozen or something. On top of it all, we weren't given a receipt to give any sort of customer feedback. Total waste of money and terrible experience overall.

I wasn’t going to put this at the review. But I’ve tried to call the store multiple times and get the busy signal. My complete order was messed up. I got three pieces instead of two pieces, but I know I was charged for two pieces and some of my Daughter orderwas messed up as well. We ordered two frozen lemonades got regular . I hope they try to make my own right. I’m willing to give them another chance.
This review is because of the GM Tasha. She cares about her store so much that she encourages customer feed back. We all know that with fast food comes incorrect order at times. Tasha went above and beyond to make things right. She saved a customer.

Truthfully, have avoided going to the Popeyes in the Hammond and Ponchatoula area because needless to say, I get home and am either missing items or I don’t get what I ordered. I’m not given a receipt so I can’t complain or contact the location. And, I hate when I have to pull up so that their delivery time is not affected. But, I was running late after work tonight and was in the area and thought I’d take a chance. I was greeted in a friendly manner, the order was repeated back and shown on the screen. I was given a receipt at the window as I paid. And, I didn’t have to pull up and wait. But the best of all, I got home and my order was perfect! Congrats to the new area manager whose number is posted on the window and the great employees. Great job!
