The lobby is supposed to be open until 2300 and it was closed before it was even 2200. I'm sick of this crap. Leave your lobby open as long as it is supposed to be open or change your lobby hours. And oh my god, talk about rude service. If I could give them no stars I would. Rude. Rude. Rude.

- the 6 jalapenos we ordered - the extra BBQ sauce (gave us none) - 2 chicken tenders from my 5 piece order - straws - utensils
And this is not the first time. Y'all literally have one job and you fail at it every time. I don't know how you're still employed.

you would think after trying this location multiple times they’d at least have ONE GOOD MEAL. Their FOOD SUCKS. ITS TOO HARD EVERY SINGLE TIME AS IF THEY GIVE YOU YESTERDAYS FOOD OR THE LAST CUSTOMERS FOOD. SPENT $30 for EVERYTHING to be inedible. Then on top of that they just threw my food in my bag so none of it was contained. It was all over the containers and bags

grease needs changed, food is rancid and when i order extra sauces and sides send them this is the 3rd time this month food has been awful twice in past 2 weeks and make sure food is cooked ive gotted raw chicken twice

The grease need to be changed. Spicy chicken it was old it needed to be changed it was dry cold and hard. The price was good. Look like everyone had a bad attitude. Look like it hadn't had a good cleaning and sometimes. Bad attitudes non attentive. The speed of service was okay if they don't change their attitude and clean their place up I won't be back
We was traveling through and My fiance wanted to stop 🛑 by to get some chicken 🍗 they had someone working the drive through that wasn't understanding anything we was saying so we had to go inside. Once we got in about 7 employees passed us no one took our orders. Finally this one lady came up and took our order and gave us cold fries and the wrong order they said they was doing a shift change but they could have been a little more professional. We was thinking 🤔 since we was in Louisiana the Chicken was going to be great. The food and service was NOT 🚫 good at all

Really good! Taste like they put extra spice on it or somthing. The chicken here is far better than any Popeyes that I've gotten from Hammond, BR, or New Orleans, customer service is on point!

This Popeyes location just needs to get shut down. Honestly, no one that works here seems like they want to be here. Nor do they even give the effort of pretending to want to be here. I was the only one in line whenever I came to the drive through. I ordered a singular Chicken Sandwich and it took more than 15 to 20 minutes. To get my sandwich, they told me that I was waiting on my filet to get my order. But that raises the question of how is there not any chicken ready if there is nobody at the restaurant? This place either needs to just get shut down, or highly investigated into or have better management instilled.

I would give 0 stars if I could. You're order will be wrong 80% of the time. None of their employees could care less about quality of service. I don't understand how this place hasn't gone under. This Popeyes has turned me away from any Popeyes ever again. Absolute garbage service and even worse employees. Do not go here.
