Everything is good service good love there burgers

I am not sure who come up with the way mobile orders are handled, but it is the most ridiculous thing ever. I was the only car in the drive thru but was told to drive around to the other side of the building to pick up my order. The pick up window is on the PASSENGER SIDE! I pulled as close as I could, but both the worker and myself had to stretch to get the food handed off. The employee was professional and my order was correct.

Apparently even though you order ahead on the app you still have to wait 20 minutes for your food and watch people who ordered at the speaker get their food and leave before you. What's the point of the app. This is ridiculous.

Passing thru from Destin to San Antonio Texas a d we haven't had Rallys in years. Manager Kiwanda and her team made our order hot fresh and delicious and cherry on top we as the great customer service

I came through the drive thru and instead of getting a person, there was an AI attempting to take the order.

The AI is just an aggravating waste of time. I tried to order and it started listing what came in the meal I was trying to order. Then there was a long pause. When I said “hello”, it again started listing items in the meal.

Because I wasn’t given the option to speak to a person and I didn’t feel like dealing with a computer that is apparently only capable of reading from a script like a telemarketer, I pulled up to the window.

There, I was told to drive back around to the speaker and she would take the order instead of the AI.

I was the only one in line. This was just an all around aggravating experience and I am not planing on coming back unless I am given the option to speak to a PERSON.

We shouldn’t be forced to use a subpar AI. This is fast food, not some high tech fancy niche market. AI at a fast food joint, how ridiculous ??‍♀️?

Their AI ordering doesn't work. I placed my order twice, and it was never received. Said "team member" as their instructions say if there an issue, and they never answered. I ended up having to drive up to the window to place Mt order. And it was still wrong!!!

Probably some of the nicest employees I have came across. Always willing to go the extra step to make sure the customer is happy . Wonderful guys and ladies . I would only wish that all fast food joints would employee ppl of this caliper. And the food always on spot.

The hamburger patty didn’t taste like beef, Had no flavor . The new barbecue sandwich was the same way. It’s a shame the big Buford used to be the best burger .

I go here a lot and the customer service is always the best and the food is all gas that black dude who works the grill and fryer at night deserves a raise, wings good af and the milk shakes are delicious
