My niece and her friends went to this place yesterday and the staff was sooooo rude to them . Just nasty to them… wasn’t friendly at all.. how can u mistreat someone else children … that’s just sad…. But my neice spoke up for herself as she should … but theylll Never return… very unprofessional to lil ? children… no apologies needed y’all showed us who y’all was… 1st time impression is everything… then y’all called yall racist police department… like what for … like they was gone run … they waited but y’all ppl disgusting .

This is one of the best snowball stands, if not the best snowball stand around. The owners truly go above and beyond for each and every single order, the workers that they have there also pay and extreme close attention to detail. This was the best snowball I have ever had, if you’re reading my review wondering if you should go or not – please do not hesitate any longer. You will never be disappointed leaving and you will always leave with a smile, they treat everyone like family. If I could give more than five stars I would.

Save your money !!! The “Stuffed fruit “are NOT worth the price . For starters they DONT Add the fruit that they cut out of it , and they charge you extra to add fruit . So basically you are paying for the rind of a pineapple and they keep the inside of the fruit

It was an extremely disappointing experience. The server was new, but that is not a reason to roll your eyes at a customer. I ordered a chocolate malt and got a chocolate shake after I asked if they had malts before ordering. They will make any flavor a cream flavor. I paid $4.75 for a half cup full of ice, limited syrup, and no evaporated milk on top. The cups sides were full of snowball syrup, and she gave me one napkin. The new girl, who waited on me, should be ashamed of her behavior and disgusting snowball she gave me. I threw it away. I gave a tip before I received my order. I paid $10 for my order. This was my first time going there this year. I know it is not the owners fault. It was not crowded. I was extremely disappointed. Especially since this snowball stand was the best in Ponchatoula. I know it is hard to find workers, but I would rather wait 20 minutes for an order than pay for a sloppy, mainly ice snowball served by a rude kid, who doesn't care about the local business, she represents.

Fantastic. What else can I say. Great snowball ideas. Very friendly people. My daughter loves that unicorn ? snowball. They put candy in it to make it look like a unicorn. Chantilly comes with berries ?

They put waaaay too much syrup even after I asked for light syrurp. There is no snowball dome ever. The ice isn't shaved enough. Too many large chunks. The price is good. Seems like you are wasting a lot of money by making slushes instead of snowballs with domes. Staff is nice don't like being forced to tip. Don't like being charged 75 cents to use a card. In the end the syrup they use is good and the folks who run it are very nice.
