We saw a worker crying carrying a trash can out the bathroom and she was mabye 16 or 17 we told the staff member who brought us our drinks and they didn't even care. That's just sad. Absolutely zero remorse for that girl.

The one thing I suggest to Sonic is to put menus on both sides of their boards so people on the passenger side of a car can see the menu as well. Instead of having to take a pic of it or stretch into the driver's personal space.

This is my third time ordering a number one and a kids meal hamburger. It was sloppy, it was cold. I just placed the order not even two minutes ago and it came out. It was not up to standard. I won’t ever come here again ever. Just put yourself in my position, you ordered something and it was completely sloppy. I’m done with Sonic from Ponchatoula.

It's just a roadside fast food diner. I guess the food is okay, I just got a couple shakes. I take them home and put them in the freezer and eat them like ice cream.
Parking: Plenty of parking spaces available.
Wheelchair accessibility: As long as you stay in your vehicle with your wheel chair, they put your food in your vehicle window.

Yesterday I, among other items, ordered a coney dog with mustered n onions. When I got home, 5 minutes away, no mustered or onions and cold bun. Tasted terrible. Disappointed. Usually happy with our food.
