Service is always amazing. So disappointed in the chicken sandwich. Couldn't eat it, took a bite and very gritty. The chicken looked like it was half eated. If I could post a picture I would.

I had got some onion rings today, they were not cooked all the way and it was disgusting. Who ever made my food need to stay out the kitchen if they don’t know what there doing.

The shrinkflation is real here. I ordered a large chili cheese tots and I'm not even joking that for almost $5, the size has shrunk by about 5 inches with the amount that you get. It used to be in a tray that was a lot longer, completely filled. Now you just get shafted with the amount you get while the price has gone up. It's been years since I've been to Sonic and it'll definitely be my last time.

THE MANAGER LITERALLY HUNG UP ON ME AS I asked her name twice before she would tell me that hung up on me before I could make my complaint. The crew tonight was below par and unprofessional to highest-ranking ability esp the so-called manager! P.S. only reason atmosphere got 3 stars is due to the CarHop!!!!!

Ok normally I don’t say things like this but the drink was absolutely amazing,but i felt like i was lied too,i didn’t revive my unicorn straw. I feel like my heart has shattered, i think you guys gave me emotional damage and distress, it was good but i was lied to and omg the chipotle sandwich was so delicious. Do better💔.
