My son and I was here yesterday 1/26 about 5 pm the Young man who was working fix my son‘s sandwich very sloppy he put three slices of pepperoni on it. It was a pizza sub. He put so much sauce on it that the bread became soggy and broke before he could even wrap it, and he still tried to wrap it up and give it to us. I ordered one of the protein pockets. I asked if I could add cheese he told me that they were not allowed to add anything to them, even though I am willing to pay for the cheese he told me that I still could not add it. He offered to make my son another sandwich, but he STILL was put three slices of meat on it. We walked out as he was making it and I told him I didn’t want to wrap anymore. If I couldn’t have cheese on it then he told me he can put the cheese on the side, but I wanted my wrap toasted so what sense does it make to put the cheese on the side? I will never go there again.

It's good everytime I go. My luck is usually awful when it comes to restaurants but this subway hits everytime.

I arrive around 8pm this evening and I had the most pleasant experience. The nicest sweetest lady ever made my sandwich and had the absolute best manners that I have ever experienced. I ended up getting a meal because my throat was parched. She deserves a kudos for her hard work and pride she takes in job.
I was a frequent customer of the subway inside the Ponchatoula, Louisiana Walmart for a while. Today 6/24/22 I went in there to use my coupon for two foot longs for $12.99 and I was told that I could not use my coupon due to a food shortage. I understand things are more expensive now with the raised fuel prices, but really. Subway’s so called $5 dollar footlong is 6 dollars and if I wanted two that 12 bucks plus tax. The coupon is charging me 13 so how am I getting a deal that would cause a greater food shortage. I don’t know if this is a business move across all subways or if it was only at that location. But to not honor your own coupons mailed to your customers is a bad way of doing business. I will never spend another cent at that location. I will help them solve their food shortage and let it root before I buy anything from there again. If there really is a food shortage, then it should be known company wide and relayed to all customers that there is now a limit on how many sandwiches you can purchase. Until then I will not be going to any Subway business in the future and I will be reviewing my experience on google, Facebook and yelp and any other form of SM I can to pass this info along.
Great store
The employees were rude and very quick to get loud because I asked if I could get a free WATER when it's 100° and my pregnant wife had been walking around. But they were not phased by that.
