These people are the RUDEST Taco Bell employees I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I do deliveries and after 2200, anywhere, the lobby is CLOSED. So, I go through the drive-thru. I didn't even try the lobby, there's no point. And as I'm certain you're aware, Taco Bell drive-thrus don't have a way out once you're in them. So, I'm in the Drive-Thru, like I think I'm supposed to be, at this Taco Bell, and I'm talking to the automated Taco Bell box, when an employee interrupts to tell me that I'm required to come inside for doordash, I clarify it's Uber, she says doesn't matter you still have to come inside. I'm like, but I'm stuck in the Drive-Thru. And instead of being like, 'Well, this one time we'll let you do it, but in the future you need to come inside', or something else pleasant, instead she just turns off the box and ignores me. And then they have the NERVE to doddle, when putting the order together when I come inside to get it, like they demanded I do in the first place. This place needs better employees. Communicate clearly and courteously with your customers and it will go a long way. Personally, I will never eat here. You can't PAY me enough, to eat here.

I had gotten 3 soft tacos. My tacos were so wet that they had stuck to the wall in the end of a tragic accident of trying to destick em from the wrapper. 1 star ⭐️ However wonderful atmosphere. 👍🏼

Look man it’s Taco Bell, my standards weren’t high going into the drive thru to begin with but somehow they still weren’t met ordered two $5 cravings box in which the robot had it correct then I get up to the window and get handed one bag and was told that they patched the $5 box and would have to back around to order my second box, food was cold stale and barely had anything in the tortilla more importantly they need to bring back the $5 cravings box I’m a broke college student and they were my saving grace for nights I didn’t feel like cooking
Paid extra for pico got approximately 3 tomatoes on one taco and 4 tomatoes on the other. Also put in the app 2 mild sauces and 2 hot, I received 4 fire and 5 hot. Considering the lobby was closed, I ordered ahead on the app and there was noone else in the drive thru this can only due to laziness and lack of care for their job. Pitiful, I'll drive the extra distance to go to the one in Hammond.

I ride a bicycle for transportation and went thru drive-thru for food and was told they couldn't serve me due to I was on a bicycle. That's discrimination for 1. Not everyone on a bicycle is homeless or a thief or whatever ppl wanna call it.
