We put in an online order and made changes to our items which they charge extra for and didn't the most expensive ones and added the stuff we didn't want. They also forgot 2 items.

Asked an employee for assistance.
Employee looked at me, then walked to the back, completely ignoring me.
The one other customer in the dining area had issues with their order.
Walked out and drove to the hammond location.

I'm not begging anyone to take my money and I definitely won't spend it where I'm ignored.

If that's how they treat the customers, I'd hate to know the lack of care that goes into the food.

The counter girl never turned her face front. Leaning against the counter, backwards. With me standing 3 paces away, She threw my order onto the pick up shelf and walked away. Not once turning around or acknowledging my presence.

The employees are rude, slow and do not care at all. The store is dirty as well so shows they are lazy. Apparently had issues reading the monitor because they couldn't make some of special requests such as add sour cream or no lettuce on some of the tacos. For the trolls, we checked a few of the on top things and they were correct and me assuming they had the rest right was my mistake. That's why they got 2 stars instead of 1.
