The staff here are always kind and helpful, which makes the shop a really pleasant place to visit. The ice cream is tasty, and while I do feel some of the specialty items are a bit on the pricey side, the bigger issue for me has been consistency. I’ve ordered the same sundae three times now, and each time it’s been made differently. If the recipes were a little more consistent, it would take the experience from good to great.

Such a AMAZING store ! The treats and variety here are amazing ! Never have a bad vibe and nothing is overpriced😋 The employees are super sweet compared to other places I’ve shopped at.

I would never spend any of my money here again! Their “ vendors “ are always so messy on Facebook. I would highly encourage you to spend your hard earn money else where!

Got a specially made concoction with ice cream, Reese’s mini cups, Reese’s pieces, chocolate syrup, peanut butter sauce, whipped cream and nuts. Delicious. Server was friendly. Shop is cute.

Yummy ice cream, inside is cute and has games to play with seating available! We got the Dubai chocolate “nachos” it was delicious. Be prepared to spend a decent amount of money, it was $15. We split it between 3 ppl. Great staff, helpful and friendly

The lady behind the counter was clearly frustrated that her baby was crying and was very rude the whole time while fixing our ice cream she didn't engage with us she just had a very stern look and it was very uncomfortable for me and my child. When we went to pay for our ice cream we said thank you and she didn't even say your welcome she gave a forced smile that made it even more awkward. Will not being coming back and will be calling health department about the baby being behind the counter while working and serving food.

10/10 Dubai chocolate strawberries with vanilla ice cream, will be having to stop by very soon. well worth the cost in my opinion. All the staff was also super friendly :)

Worst place for a milkshake basically flavored milk only one size definitely wasn't worth 7 dollars jus go to baskin robbins

knows hours posted on facebook, google and apple maps is wrong and does not care to fix it. lazy at its best

We went in 01/06/25 I do not know who the employee was who was working but she had no basic customer service. We did not get greeted when we walked in, did not get asked if we needed any help or questions. Thankfully I have had years of experience with Hershey's Ice Cream so knew everything about it. But as a new customer I felt as if the employee had no care for her job. I would have just liked if she would have talked a little bit more and explained their procedures and steps.
