Worst place for a milkshake basically flavored milk only one size definitely wasn't worth 7 dollars jus go to baskin robbins

knows hours posted on facebook, google and apple maps is wrong and does not care to fix it. lazy at its best

We went in 01/06/25 I do not know who the employee was who was working but she had no basic customer service. We did not get greeted when we walked in, did not get asked if we needed any help or questions. Thankfully I have had years of experience with Hershey's Ice Cream so knew everything about it. But as a new customer I felt as if the employee had no care for her job. I would have just liked if she would have talked a little bit more and explained their procedures and steps.

Have driven there 2x now this week (I do not live close) and they are closed but the hours online say otherwise.

Girls were great. Gave our tiny chihuahua his first pup cup. Love it here.

Awesome little spot to get your sweets fix ….. especially Dubai chocolate bars ! Bree (owner) is extremely nice and accommodating ! Will be back :)

So yummy!! Loved my experience here. The worker was very kind and let us sample any flavors we wanted. We tried ice cream with toppings mixed in and the milkshake. All were excellent. I will be back. Lots of flavors to try! Loved the blueberry cheesecake

Visited this place during the annual Ponchatoula Strawberry Festival. The entire town was all about strawberries, even a strawberry parade. & kids were decked out in their decorative strawberry outfits. It was so much fun! I'm enjoying the strawberries today.

Cute ice cream shop/ boutique. Tons of options. Very clean.

Toula Berry is the cutest ice cream, candy, coffee, all treats shop in downtown Ponchatoula! They have an amazing variety in a beautiful store In an incredible location. The ice cream is so yummy and the people are so nice. No reason not to visit Toula Berry soon!
