We went in 01/06/25 I do not know who the employee was who was working but she had no basic customer service. We did not get greeted when we walked in, did not get asked if we needed any help or questions. Thankfully I have had years of experience with Hershey's Ice Cream so knew everything about it. But as a new customer I felt as if the employee had no care for her job. I would have just liked if she would have talked a little bit more and explained their procedures and...

So yummy!! Loved my experience here. The worker was very kind and let us sample any flavors we wanted. We tried ice cream with toppings mixed in and the milkshake. All were excellent. I will be back. Lots of flavors to try! Loved the blueberry cheesecake
