Fries was old and cold. Burgers was so disgusting. Gave me the wrong one but kindly gave me the correct one and 1 new fry. We had 3 in our order. That's the only reason they got a 3 star.

I have no idea how this place is rated as high as it is.....by far the worst Wendy's I have been to in years. Amazed this place stays in business. Word to the wise....take heed of all the reviews and go around the corner to BK or McDs.

If I could give a -5 rating for this location I would.. By far the worst restaurant/fast food place in all of ponchatoula/hammond area.. Whoever manages & orders inventory needs to go back to school. This place should not be allowed to operate & accept folks $$.. This place is the absolute worst, 100% would not recommend unless u want them to be out of everything you want & also provide the worst customer service about them being terrible at their job!!!!

I don't know why the service has sucked so bad lately, but it has SUCKED. The last 4 or 5 times I've asked for a cheesy bacon potato with extra chives, I get NO chives. I'm pretty sure they charged me too. This time I asked for a spicy chicken. No tomato, no pickles, and ONE really sad peace of lettuce. I repeat, they suck.

I ordered two chocolate frostys, spicy chicken nuggets, and normal nuggets. I spent $28 bucks and the frostys and nuggets are out of stock. I didn’t know until after I submitted by order and I was refused a refund.
I WISH I could give less than one star. Beyond rude, inconsiderate, and LAZY. YOU ALL ARE LAZY. They will make you wait 10 feet from the window for 30 minutes then act surprised when you pull up because you've been waiting 30 MINUTES. They're doing that on purpose to drive people away so they don't have to work. Fire the whole staff and start over.

We got to the restaurant at 9pm. Inside hours say until 10pm. Nope. Doors locked. Alot of other reviews say something similar, so I guess I'm not alone.
