Somehow, our order was skipped in the food prep line. Took 28 minutes to receive ordinary combo meals and only after we asked about it. My friend's order was wrong even after all that. The only saving grace was the cashier (not the manager) came over and apologized for the mix-up.

I ordered two sandwiches, and both were incorrect. We were the only customers at the location, so it’s hard to understand how such a straightforward order could be messed up. This level of service comes across as quite incompetent. I also see that leadership does not engage on reviews which is another sign of poor management and a reflection of the experience you will have here.

Stopped for breakfast. Inside counter Service member seemed disinterested in taking order. Bacon & egg crossanwich was cold and ordered 2 egg sausage burrito meal. Left with order and a couple miles from restaurant realized I received only 1 burrito. Very disappointing..

Food was stone cold. The guy working the register walked outside, walked back into the kitchen, and proceeded to unwrap the completed sandwiches to check them, handling every one of them without washing his hands or wearing gloves.

Workers are rude. Not enough ketchup for 4 of us and I didnt bother to ask because of the employees actitude. 1 of the orders didnt have any veggies like the picture shows and they act like we were in the wrong. I ask for an order of mozarella sticks and they said they didnt have any. Not sure if it was true or she just didnt want to sell them to me.

1st time breakfast, the hash browns were cold and the sandwich was smashed or something. 2nd time breakfast, 6:20am hash browns cold and hard, and no coffee. Was offered O.J. As I'm eating I'm thinking how can the hash browns seem this old and they don't have coffee made yet at 6:20. Service was decent.

The main lobby was closed at 0630 because there was only one worker. Since I drive a semi the drive thru was not an option... Except the employee allowed me to order from the drive thru as a walk up. Thank you!
