Service was TERRIBLE. They FORCED me to accept cookies in place of the ice cream I ordered...they didnt offer me a refund or anything different after I told them that *I DO NOT EAT COOKIES*
This was at around 635PM on November 29th. I would have taken a small coffee or anything but the young black lady was rude and heavyset male manager didnt care about the situation.
The girl told me *well I dont know what else to tell you...you have to take the cookies and have a nice day*

Grandma was 97 years old with a broke hip and still moves faster than your drive thru. 10 min wait and I keep getting told give me a second. Do yall still know what fast food is can we even call you a fast food restaurant. And your customer service sucks big time. Need so.e attitude adjustments.

Went here to get the BBQ brisket meal worst experience ever the frozen drink machine stopped working so I just got a strawberry lemonade in it's placed the lemonade was so waterd down with no taste on top of that I didn't receive all of my order so glad I check my bag before just leaving I had to pull around and go in then when I get to my destination and I open the sandwich it was so sloppy with no BBQ brisket on it what so ever such false advertisement I'm done with burger king they are really at the bottom when it comes to fast food and to add when I went in the inside wasn't the cleanest and the young lady that was standing at the register was holding a nasty bush in her hand that was full on hair and she was handling things in the kitchen while holding that nasty hairy brush so disgusting and they seem to not clean their hands this is a very unsanitary place

Very rude drive thru experience and I don’t normally leave a review anywhere but today’s experience was more than unacceptable. Me and the car behind me pulled out of line and left
Never get order right
One of my buddy's work there as the manager he is pretty chill. If he wasn't working there I wouldn't have gotten anything from there. I have heard some disturbing things that have happened there. Like someone putting bodily fluids in a women's drink and not getting fired sorta things. My buddy with the long hair works nights there. Don't remember his name but a cool guy.
Waited 10min in drive thru microphone to order (cashier was on the phone with someone), was told to wait. When got to the window, she complained about being the only one working. Had to remind them 3 times what the order was, and they still missed an item. Do not advise going to this location.
