Church's Texas Chicken

Nasty, rude and trifling individuals who can’t read and make your order correctly. Look like a bunch of jail birds that can’t find a job anywhere else. The place stinks and has the worst chicken from any Churches I have ever been to. Stop hiring anyone off the streets, these people have terrible attitudes and do not provide adequate customer service.

Didn’t give me my change back nor is answering the phone. It’s not just about the money. How many people have you done this to?

Whenever I go here in the evening they always seem to be out of various items on the menu. They also have on more than one occasion forgotten to give me everything in my order. Otherwise, the service is just ok.

Baby they should have Popeyes slogan🤞 love that chicken from church's😂 and we do

I don’t even wanna give one star review for the churches Texas chicken located in Port Allen, Louisiana every time I have gone there in order to chicken sandwich and I live right down the road from it not one time has it been available? I don’t know if it’s because they don’t feel like cooking it or that the private owner just don’t wanna provide it but allow it to still be on the menu They’re always out of coleslaw and they never have chicken sandwiches.
So they do not even deserve a star in my book and they are in my local community And half of the time they’re out of everything if it’s not one thing it’s another, but it’s always the same

I believe that if the employees were paid per customer as opposed to by the hour then when you go threw the drive thru instead of sitting & waiting 10, 15 mins when they've been open for an hr or 2 you'd get service , more than once I've waited & left & went elsewhere I love their food to me their chicken is better than Popeyes but the service or lack of is frustrating oh & I've tried going in & the door would be locked. So if paid per customer then maybe they would be more obligated to wait on their customers & stop being so lazy & lacking.

I arrived at the restaurant at 11:00am. They were supposed opened at 10am. I sat at the speaker for over 10 minutes before I was able to place my order. He said they opened in 5 minutes, I waited for 10 plus!

I have tried this place four times over three months. Every time, I have waited in line for 30-45 minutes. Two of the four times, my chicken tasted not fully cooked. This place is under terrible management. This place either needs new management or the doors need to be closed.

Just about every Sunday they close the lobby sucks for trucks drivers because we can’t go through drive through.

Chicken And Biscuits Were Fresh & Hot But The Wait And Customer Service Was Horrible. Only 3 Workers For The Whole Place. Taking Drive Thru And Inside Orders On Top Of Delivery Orders Plus Fixing Food . Need More Workers ASAP!!

They had NOOOO spicy chicken, no spicy chicken swatches, no spicy chicken tenders, nothing spicy at 5:20pm... How???....
