My mawmaw said this is the BEST snowball she’s ever had!!! Thank you and the ladies were fast and friendly 💕 she had coconut and I had silver fox, they both had plenty of juice and were refreshing
Don’t recommend they can’t comprehend flavors !! You ask for flat top they don’t know how to do it they give you opposite !!
We were here Sunday after the Mardi Gras Parade. The girls working were nice and polite. Service was slow. There shoukd have been more people working he lost seversl customers because of the wait time. Bug events draw crowds and customers. I stood in line from 3:17 to after 4:00 it was about 1 hour to place my order, pay and receive my nachos.
The snowballs are amazing. They are juicy and full of flavor. We came from baker, Louisiana to taste these snowballs. We are far from disappointed. Love when a black owned business has GREAT business 🤗
Great snowballs but there needs to be consistency with the ice. I shouldn’t have to worry if certain people are working to know that I won’t be cutting my lip on ice.

The snowballs are delicious, the shaved ice is perfection, and the service is wonderful!They gave my pregnant fiance complimentary nachos with jalapenos.10/10 highly recommend!

I would give it a 5 bc the hot link was great BUT IM GOING TO RATE IT a 1 star MY SNOW CONE WAS TERRIBLE I MEAN IT JUST SUCKED felt like I drove across the bridge for nothing it was so dry , very dry , the snow Literally turned white as I drove away .
