Trashing a business I will not do. I love Dominos pizza. Last week I ordered a large thin crust pepperoni pizza. Picked it up and half way home realized there was no cheese or pepperoni on it. Call the store . They didn’t believe me and wanted to see it. It was a good laugh and they made my order right . I know things happen and giving a bad review never came to mind. My point is taking my time to review a business, something has to be really bad. Store 5265 Port Allen Louisiana.My second time at this particular and never again will I come to this location. Both times I’ve been here the pizza has been just awful. Hardly any cheese or toppings. Big bubbles in the dough. It’s some of the employees that are just rude. I’m ringing a doorbell to be let in and didn’t realize I had to wait over 5 minutes for there conversation to end. That’s no exaggeration either. Asked the manager about the garlic and ranch dipping sauce I ordered. She talked to me like I was 2 years old. Dipping sauce don’t come with your order. I said I payed for them. My receipt was thrown on the counter and her ( manager) finger slammed down on the receipt “ IF YOU ORDERED DIPPING SAUCE IT WOULD BE RIGHT HERE! “. A pause cause she realized the dipping sauce was on the receipt and just as I said. PAID FOR! This location really needs a entire new employee structure from ground up. To who all reads this.. You want great pizza? Eat Domino’s. Whatever you do, stay away from the Port Allen location until there reviews get better.

I placed two orders online. The service was supposed to be delivered @11:00am. Instead it was late. Kid's were unable to enjoy it. I called the store spoke with the manager. Stated that they have multiple orders and she's doing her best.knowningly, they have a school to deliver to Monday through Friday. So, why wasn't the schedule adjusted to meet those needs? . She goes on to say orders are not always delivered on time. Then apologize before hanging up the phone. This has not been the first time. This location NEEDS a super change. We will no longer eat here. Attitudes are very rude and needs more customer service. Apologizing doesn't fix the issues. Please help this store. Also, there is no way to get on touch with Corporate. We're always directed to the store. And then receive this bad service. Help this location.

I ordered two pizzas here and went to pick them up. I always look at them to make sure before I pay and good thing I did. They obviously did not perforate the dough. There were huge bubbles all over the pizzas with no cheese on them because the dough bubbled up. There was a slice of pizza that half of it had no cheese or sauce on it, it was just bread. There's no way I'm going to pay for that. The quality of the pizzas was horrible and the lady acted like I had to pay for it anyways. I said no I'm not paying for it, I'm going to leave them here. She went and got her manager who obviously didn't care because I'm sure Domino's doesn't take care of their employees. Like most fast food corporations they pay their people trash which is why they don't care about the food they're making or the customers.

Very poor service I called 4 times to make a order they charged Mr 3 times on my bank card I called back to talk to the manager I'll never do business with them ever again they want a paycheck but don't want to work for it

I seen all the terrible reviews and didn't want to order here I went down to the motel front desk and ask them if they was gonna order a pizza where would they order it from they told me Domino's. I called them place the order they had a special three topping large pizza for 1295 delivered. I placed an order it was delivered quickly the pizza was hot fresh and tasty. I have no idea where all the one star reviews are coming from but my experience was great.

I ordered pizza around 1:10pm and I was so disappointed here's why; so basically I thought Domino's was so much better than Pizza Hut but I guess I was wrong so basically like I said they came to my house with the pizza but the first thing when they came to my house with the pizza the order was super fast super fast that's the only thing I rate a 10 / 10 but 15 minutes later a woman came to my door. It was the same order. I didn't order two times. I just ordered one time so she knocked on my door and I said "I'm sorry ma'am but I already ordered". She got it she attitude I was so disappointed .

Sitting at the TMI Truck Stop and ordered for delivery. The first person told me they will deliver it and took my order and my money. 20 minutes later, they call me back and tell me no one can deliver it to this address. Don't tell someone you will deliver and take their money if there is no intention on making the delivery.

I thought it was making a come back and improving on their pizzas. I was wrong. It may just be the workers preparing the pizzas but I ordered a Supreme that had very skimpy toppings.Maybe other locations are better.

Absolutely fabulous!!! Ordered two pizza's and 3 orders of chicken wings over the phone. My order was ready when I got there and it was great. Can't wait until I can go again. Sorry, no pictures....it went too fast...
